If that was made before 1972, Spankin’ Bully would be whipping both Colonel Rebel and General Nat.

Given the logo on Bully’s shirt, that was probably made as far as back as ‘73 since that’s when MSU began having that logo on its helmets.

I’m okay with it, because the buzzard eagle doesn’t look like he got a whoopin’, but instead just looks stoned and is wondering what the 17 he just woke up to.
