I always thought people on this board were just throwing shade for the sake of throwing shade when they complained about S&C under Moorehead, but this makes me think that maybe they may have had valid points. I guess the question is will we see fat Erroll or jacked Erroll next season. He was the one player more than any other that had obviously lost a step last season.

"(Bulldog receiver) JaVonta (Payton) told me that the new coaching staff isn't messing around," Cass told Steve Robertson of Gene's Page. "He said that the new strength and conditioning staff has come in and that they aren't playing. He said that they aren't about any B.S. and that you have to come in ready to get your work done. He said that it's hard work, but that they all love it. They're getting ready for the season."

Moorhead promoting Bichey to S&C Coach after Piroli left for Tampa Bay was extremely lazy. Head coaches often say how important the S&C hire is, Moorhead really shot himself in the foot.

I read that and got all giddy. Reminded me of the recruit articles we read when Mullen was here. Working your 17'n tail off is the culture. Couple that with recruiting classes in the top 20 and I think we're on our way back to upper tier SEC.

If you thought folks were "throwing shade for the sake of throwing shade" about our S&C under Moorhead then you must not have been paying very close attention to our team. We were soft as baby poo last season as compared to what a quality SEC team should be.

On our way back?? Heck, I’ll be happy if we work our way into the 6 to 8 range overall, meaning 3 to 4 in the West. Let’s get there first, then try to size up the 3rd spot behind LSU and Bama in the West and 4th to 5th over all behind those two and Georgia and Florida

A bullet wound to the foot makes it hard to kick rocks.
Which must be why, he needed some of us to kick rock for him...

It was maybe a cry for help...

Seriously though, he self amputated the program's leg. We needed the tourniquet.
