Spend extravagantly on a DC and a few top recruiters across the staff. Everything else will fall in place.

Leach actually uses two WR coaches, an inside WR coach and an outside WR coach. My guess is Dave Nichol also comes with him.

The flip side of that is we will probably not have a TE coach on staff. Leach is known for not using TE’s and we are supposed to have four on the roster next year, so I’m curious to see what becomes of those guys.

We have historically recruited tight ends and historically wasted them. I know in the past few years we used them a little more, but historically. For the first time in a long while, I am pumped.....whatever he does it will be fun.

We have a couple young TE’s that are particularly versatile and talented. Hopefully, we find a way to use them.

Very likely to become DE's if they can't catch

Spurrier Jr. was the recruiting coordinator for his daddy for five years at Carolina. They signed top 20 classes every year he had that position, and I think that overlaps with when they signed Clowney.

The guy knows how to recruit in the SEC and coach in Leach’s system.
