Does OM have a good S&C program or something? I didn't see a team of impressive looking athletes. I'm not saying they looked scrawny, but they certainly didn't jump out to me anywhere. Ealy looked good though.

I think thats pretty much how
it works now. Most salary is through the bulldog fdn which is money from rich boosters. They want their deduction though

He is an instant upgrade to what we have and Jackson was the highest paid sc coach in the country (not the best ROI, but clearly an upgrade from what we have and he has experience). I certainly understand those that want to look elsewhere, but he is a master compared to Bichey. Requirement #1 for a SC coach is that they are physically fit.

I don't know if a booster can donate money and designate it for a certain coach's salary or not. I suspect it doesn't work that way but goes into a pool and the powers that be determine how it's doled out.
