been a long time since one of those was available. Cam Newton probably the last one but there's only been a handful of can't miss QBs in the last 25 years. Vick is probably another. Any others?

I feel like I could throw for 300 in a game with the guys surrounding him.

Burrow is good. I do think he throws into some windows the size of barn doors though. I'd like to see him have to thread the needle with some pressure on him before I say he'll make it or not in the nfl

I'm not sold on the guy. One fantastic season isn't enough for me, but he definitely could prove me wrong. I never thought Russell Wilson would make it.

There's about 10 or more NFL teams that should trade half their draft to get him.

The beauty in Burrow’s game is how damn consistent he is. I have watched 4 or 5 LSU games all the way through this year, and I have not seen him make a bad play in any of them. He makes the correct read, then a good throw (or run) EVERY TIME, and on time. Yeah, he has a lot of talent around him. But this is still the SEC and he’s faced at least 2-3 teams with as much talent on the other side.

Cam took a losing franchise to the playoffs 4 times with one SB and won an MVP. He's certainly not a bust and it'll be difficult for Burrow to surpass him. I think he will though too.

Like I said, one season. I'm not saying he's bad. I just can't trust a guy after one season. With that said. Fromm has looked terrible, I can remember Kiper saying he was a sure fire #1 pick. He's dropped off significantly.

Certainly less "can't miss" players in football than in basketball & baseball but they're still there. Saquan Barkley is the most recent one. Bosa brothers seem to be. The can't miss ones happen more with lineman than skill players.

Andrew luck was pretty close....just couldn’t stay healthy, and the colts didn’t help him much.

No saying Luck was a cant miss #1
Ok, was,wondering..but fact is, there’s been many “can’t miss” guys that missed.

Anyone remember Tony Cherico from Arkansas? Don’t know why he always comes to mind of nfl busts...Not that he was labeled can’t miss.

Luck was the #5 rated QB last year, and was top 10-15 almost every year, with very ****** teams for the most part. I don’t see how anyone can call him a bust. No, he didn’t become Marino, but the guy was very good. Circumstance can definitely define a QBs career.

btw, I got lost in this, but Burrow has been incredible, no matter how much he reminds me of Jim Breuer.
