To play devil’s advocate, I distinctly remember Mullen talking about “winning championships” in 2011 after we beat a 2-10 Ole Miss team to improve to 6-6. I pretty much agree with you, but this isn’t the first time we’ve had a coach do this.
Sorry but 17 Moorhead. The team has looked consistently soft, unprepared and little identity at all on the offensive side of the ball. You talk about getting ring sizes and then fall back and say you didn't inherit a good roster and start talking about suspensions and injuries and playing a tough schedule and how other coaches in this league know how good you are, pathetic. I’m happy for him, but he is acting like he is Gods gift to Mississippi State football. All those defensive suspensions don’t explain our stagnant offense. His demeanor was very odd. Joe, please have a talk with your agent and head to New Jersey. Let’s not make this weird.
