couple highlights:

"MSU has been disappointing. But there’s a fine line between “disappointing” and “dumpster fire.” Florida State and Arkansas were dumpster fires. Their teams were totally undisciplined and played like they didn’t believe in their head coaches. That’s why they were fired before the end of their second seasons. Before that happened, only once in the past 30 years had a Power 5 coach been fired before the end of his second season for performance-based reasons."

"Look. Even if Cohen has buyer’s remorse, 2 years is simply not enough time to punt on an average team at a place like MSU. Moorhead will know more than anyone that his job will be on the line in Year 3. Shoot, he might think his job is on the line on Thursday night."

Funny how SDS is the only media saying to keep him. They see the disorganization and split team. Why wouldn’t they want that to continue? But it’s a win win for them if they beat us. We lose recruits to them if Jo leaves. That’s why they chose not to change this year. Much greater reward if Luke stays. Cause Jo is gone barring something crazy.

That Cohen interview with Finebaum was awkward as h3ll. Cohen should be a lawyer or politician.

What the hell is this supposed to even mean? SUre, other than Saban, coaches that have a lot of success probably do have to fight getting a little complacent, but are there really a lot of 8 win coaches out there saving a second gear for when their job is on the line?

Same question regarding people making comments about Hud loving MSU and putting everything into if he gets here. I will not have a problem if we hire Hud, but it seems crazy that it would be a point in his favor. Surely most coaches love a $3M and up to $5M or $6M salary that they will put everthing into the job if they get it?

I generally can’t stand SDS, but I don’t really disagree with their logic there IF WE WIN. If we lose, I think you can call it a dumpster fire.

Is media saying we should fire him? Links please.

Also, Ole Miss did not keep Luke in anticipation of Moorhead being fired/leaving to capitalize on the 2020 class.

And when he says " a place like MSU" I think he is saying it's not like we are a 10 win program falling back to 7 wins a year. He means we are a 7.8 win a year team falling back to 6.5 at worst case scenario. Best case we are a 7.8 win team falling back to 7.5. Oh how the mighty have fallen. Croomtastic

They can 17 right off with that "at a place like Mississippi State" crap.

If we know we have a dud and can pull the car back over into the right lane before it runs into a ditch, why should we not do that? Because we're "just" Mississippi State and we should be thankful we have a coach at all, right SDS? If Cohen and Keenum are as serious about competing as they say they are, they'll make the change regardless of what theses types of outlets think about it.
