This is basically what Dak has been since Amari arrived, the line got healthier and a few pieces were added. Pretty damn impressive...

On top of the raw stats, Dak has also dispelled a lot of knocks on him this year. Too many fumbles, holding on to the ball too long, he’d be nothing without Zeke...

Zeke just had his fifth game of 2019 with less than 65 yards, yet the offense is still running thanks to Dak and his receivers

He is finally playing elite NFL QB football, and let’s not forget that he’s just 26 years old

Dak is a top 5 NFL QB. He's earned it.

My rankings:
1) Russell Wilson
2) Mahommes
3) Watson
4) Dak
5) Brady
6) Brees
7) Cousins

Watson and Dak probably interchangeable. Brady and Brees are still top QBs because of experience and accuracy, but declining rapidly. Hard not to put Cousins up there. The guy gets no respect.

Watson at 3? Based on what?
What about that new guy in Green Bay? He’s looked OK lately**

I thought about it, but I'm a little hesitant to put a guy there with less than 2 full years in the league.

This year Jackson has played:

Cincinatti twice
Miami
Arizona
Cleveland
Seattle

Not exactly great defenses. He's been amazing this year don't get me wrong. I'm not taking anything away from him, just wanna see a full two years before I put him that high.

Dak has certainly put the Cowboys on his back this year. It's a great thing to see.

Watson is either 3 or 4 IMO. Splitting hairs. Dak has one more year of experience over Watson and their numbers are eerily similar. Watson was more polished coming into the league obviously.

Maybe I'm a little biased against Rogers bc he's sucked on my fantasy team this year, but it was hard not to put him on the list over Cousins, I've just been really impressed with Cousins this year after he got off to a rocky start, had a lot of criticism and now he's playing lights out. Also won at Dallas. He's really good.

Cousins last 7 starts: 6-1 record, 162 for 221(73.3%), 18TD, 1int

Let's not forget "Dak is not accurate", "Dak can't throw the deep ball", "Dak is a product of having good players around him", and "Dak just dinks and dunks".

It blows my mind how many garbage takes that talking heads have made about Dak. Its like they just hear things and parrot them without actually ever watching Dak play.

I hate it but if you’re gonna knock Lamar for his opponents then you hafta look at Dak through that same lens. I think all a QB can do is play the teams on their schedule and then be judged on that body of work. My list would be....

1. Wilson/Jackson
2. Jackson/Wilson
3. Mahommes
4. Rodgers
5. Brees
6. Dak
7. Watson
8. Brady
9. Stafford
10. Cousins/ Carr
11. Carr/ Cousins
then in no order (Ryan, Murray, Jimmy G, Brissett, Wentz)
79. Eli

I heard the NFL XM guys make a good point the other day comparing the Wentz / Geoff class to the Mariota / Winston class.

At one point in 2016, you would have probably said Winston / Mariota had brighter futures. Geoff really struggled early.

Then, it switched with Geoff and Wentz trending up with a couple Super Bowl appearances. Now, it’s almost to the point where, outside of Wentz, I’m not sure the other guys are long term starters.

Been a roller coaster for all of them.

He did beat the best defense in football though. Dak will get a chance to do the same this weekend.

Lol Cousins doesn't get any respect?? You left this year's MVP front runner Lamar Jackson totally off the list.
