Would you like to see? I think we need some staff changes desperately. ST coach and S&C coach gotta go. Maybe a few others? Possibly hire a real
OC?

Joe has to dig deep to find a way to get the toughness back we had under Mullen. Stop being their friend and be their boss. Have them fear having to run the stadium for dumb mistakes on and off the field. Practice outside in the elements. Full contact practices. Have a S&C program that has them in great shape, not just having a high bench press max. Work on team quickness and flexibility to prevent injuries.

What say you?

If he stays and can't/won't do just about exactly what you've said then somebody has some very serious questions to answer.

All of the above. Also, tweak his offense to play to his players strengths

He doesn't seem to have it in his personality to be the badass disciplinarian and generally speaking people can't or don't change their personalities. So he needs to hire a hit man or two to take care of the toughness you refer to and he needs to back them up. Other than that don't disagree with the other

Joey Jones has to go & be replaced by someone at least half-*** competent. We also need someone on the staff to implement some discipline on this team because we will not be competitive as long we we continue with the pre-snap penalties & dumb-*** 15 yard penalties. We also need some leaders among the upperclassmen to step up - almost non-existent this year.

If he doesn't get a new S&C and ST coach, he doesn't take winning seriously enough.

#1 Sign another good class and make better choices in the portal to find a QB, RB if possible and JUCO defensive players
#2 Strength coach change - this needs to be the bad guy coach.
#3 Special teams coach change
#4 Quality control coach to work on missed assignments and penalties. That is all his job is. #2 Bad Guy
#5 WR Coach
#6 Maybe OL coach or make that part of the Quality Coach responsibility

Become a CEO type coach and let assistants do the coaching....Hire an OC, new SC guy and assistants that have an edge and can gain respect of the players.

Special teams fixes are number one on my list. That alone has cost us a few games. Starting field position differences have murdered us since Moorhead's arrival. Frequently starting behind the 20 while your opponent starts past the 35 makes it very tough on our team to have success.

Building mental toughness is a close second. However he has to do it, figure it out.

Make his offense effective in the SEC. It doesn't have to be the best in the nation next year. Just show you can make positive momentum with the offense, especially against decent teams.

It's a long list, but hopefully he can learn and adjust because he is gonna be the coach next year.

Joe doesn't have to stop being a nice guy. However, he does need to hire an ******* who'll make them puke. Steve Sloan was considered a great coach everywhere he went....because he had Bill Parcells as an assistant. Sloan could be the nice guy, while Parcells made the players' lives hell. When Parcells went to Air Force Academy instead of following Sloan to Ole Miss, it was the end of Sloan being a great coach.

1. New Special Teams coach.
2. New SC coach.
3. Joe needs to adapt to more of an uptempo offense. Yesterday was a pleasant surprise in this regard.
