College Gameday to....

[hatfieldms]

....Memphis? Lots of people around town think there is a decent chance it happens this week

[Seinfeld]

That’s definitely been the rumor. I feel bad saying this because my wife is a big Tiger fan, but if they truly go to Memphis for this game against SMU, it would have to be the lowest rated gameday in history. There are probably about 100k people on the planet that will even slightly care about that game

[hatfieldms]

People who watch gameday every weekend watch it regardless of where it is. The game is already slated for the ABC prime time game

Ratings for gameday don’t fluctuate with the location.

[Seinfeld]

Yeah, I should’ve specified that I meant the actual game being featured by gameday, but at the end of the day... I guess gameday doesn’t care too much about the game’s ratings

That's pretty cool. I enjoyed this week's version at S. Dakota State - great stuff. I think it's good when they share the wealth to venues that don't get the spotlight like the Power 5 does. I hope the rumor is true.

They said on the late night recap they would be in Memphis next week.

Pretty light slate next week. UGA / UF is the only top 25 matchup. Miami / FSU is two .500 teams. Some decent games in the PAC12.

Game Day was where, this week,?

North or South Dakota, where there are no D1 teams.

Memphis will work out ok.

Plus Memphis vs SMU will be a rather big game, for those guys.

(excuse me I did not see the S. Dakota post)

NDSU, SDSU, UND, AND USD all didnt get the memo that they arent d1.

[karlchilders.sixpack]

Excuse me, Power 5, or what ever the 17 it is,

Should the CL thank ole miss for this?
