I would love to see the Pirate here.

[FONT="]He disrespectfully blew off one of your female reporters and it’s an “appreciation tweet.” Interesting https://t.co/SqqNdUdIUR— Dan Wolken (@DanWolken) October 27, 2019

Why is it relevant that he mentioned that it was a female reporter? Am I supposed to be outraged? Please media, tell me how to feel.

I think he's funny as somebody else's coach, but, would never want him as ours

Because it's a female, you're supposed to be outraged that the mean old white man was mean to her.

If it had been a minority male, see above.

If it had been a white male, you're supposed to be outraged that he got that job over a female or a minority.

He's just not a fit here in my opinion. I think he fits better in Oxford. And the Air Raid just isn't our cup of coffee. I like him, but I just don't know that he's what we need.

We need a tougher type who does the run based spread with a dual threat quarterback, and understands the defensive line/linebacker talent in this state.

The Pirate would be a terrible fit for Mississippi State

but dammit I would watch every press conference and post game interview.

He wouldn't be a terrible fit for our fan base. He'd be the greatest fit ever. His style on the field is what would be foreign initially for State fans. Leach being a dick to an ESPN reporter has zero to do with the reporter and 100% to do with the fact ESPN & Craig James are the ones that got him fired at TTech over some total ********. Leach will forever be a dick to ESPN since then and his only opportunity to do so is when they do ten second interviews on the sideline with him.

He's done well at Texas Tech and Washington State. Schools very similar to Ole Miss**

^^^THIS^^^^is what I was talking about. I forgot the sarcastics**

There is no way we would hire him but if we did it would be a wealth of wise-*** comments.

What? Just because you want his weirdness doesn’t make him a good fit. And he sure doesn’t have a clue on defense most years. Sumlin tried to run his stuff...it didn’t work at A & M

Personality wise you'd never find a better fit in a million tries

No. He barely fits anywhere. Horrid fit for here. He wins but not in the SEC will it work and his attitude behind the scenes is 100 times worse than some of the stuff he spews in public. Horrible fit

He would be awesome. And he would win 7-8 a year and occasionally have a chance at more. I would stay on the bandwagon even longer.
