Chip, the former member of Congress who touted his service as a Baptist missionary and family values man that trotted his wife and four young sons out for every photo opportunity possible in order to get elected, who then had an adulterous affair with a woman whose business interests were regulated by a Congressional committee that Pickering served on.

I am convinced that Boyce is a caretaker chancellor who was hired to groom Pickering to eventually take over as chancellor. I am glad the IHL board is full of Ole Miss hacks who are so focused on controlling Ole Miss that they leave MSU alone.

The Daily Mississippian has confirmed that in response to Boyce’s hiring, UM solidarity, faculty and Students Against Social Injustice are protesting at the Inn at Ole Miss at noon tomorrow.Protestors are gathering in the Grove at 11 am to make signs.
