I would. I was always a fan of and wished we would have hired Paul Johnson when we had the chance.

Probably not. A lot of his success starts with the discipline and focus his men show. We certainly don't have that in Starkville, nor many of the other SEC towns. I think he'd struggle.

No. I think there are better options.

Look at K-State's coach. I'd want someone like that. Or Iowa State's coach.

My guy would be josh hepul from ucf. He had Missouri’s offense rolling when he was there

Imagine passing on Neal Brown and Scott Satterfield for an offensive coordinator who happened to be coaching a loaded offense playing in the Big 10.

Bill Friggin Clark
Need to fire this bum ASAP and get him before Auburn does

I don't think we need to let CJM go this year. However, if we did end up letting CJM go, the correct answer is Bill "Friggin" Clark before Auburn hires him. The man is a winner and has won everywhere he has coached and can develop talent.

I thought this in 2017 when Mullen had left and even mentioned this on Bo bounds show and got destroyed. “Oh he won’t win in Starkville, it’s a cusa team, he’ll never get the big job” I still can’t believe no one has hired him away yet.

Bill Friggin Clark would be a very solid choice. Heck, even Willie F'n Fritz at Tulane might be a better option than what we have now.

I don’t understand why we didn’t hire bill clark. He was obviously the best choice. But no no. We had to alpha up and act like we didn’t even have a vacancy. We had a coach within 48 hours cause cohen is that smart.

Dave Clawson would be a good hire. I like guys that have success at programs that are at a disadvantage. Clawson has done well at wake where they have no advantages

It doesn’t matter who we hire. If Moorhead, by some miracle, gets this thing figured out we’ll be searching for his replacement while he heads to a big boy program. And then the next promising guy will need to throw away that talent getting his system installed. And all that assumes we make good hires. The alternative is even bleaker.

And that’s why we have whiskey.

Fritz that guy has ran a really good version of the option offense and has modified it even more to include more passing but it is still very run based spread option. It shows me his willingness to adapt. And Tulane looks good.

Why the 17 did we not hire Neal Brown?

That man killed it at Troy, had SEC coaching experience (including beating LSU at Troy), and is going to kill it at West Virginia.

Cohen is keeping JoMo thru 2020 so no need to even discuss who to hire now.
