Do you do anything beside insult people on the internet? I’m sorry you are too fat to go to a football game without having a heat stroke. Go take a lap and maybe you won’t die when the temp gets over 85 next year.

I went to the game.

I am sorry you continue to be wrong about everything, because you do. I really hate god didn't love you enough to give you the sense he gave a me.

You aren’t smart enough to realize that attendance in sports is relative to the sport and not just sheer numbers. We have 4 times more football fans than baseball fans. When we have baseball games and it’s hot all of them show up. When it’s hot for football and we are an average team playing USM they don’t show up in as large a %. That’s their prerogative. Stop acting like it’s for some other stupid reason.

Its easier to fill 13k than 62k. When it's that hot in baseball, we are usually playing in a regional. I promise you - if State was playing a game that decided the SEC West in football and the temp was like it was Saturday - the stadium would be standing room only.

I have six tickets, on the upper deck, East side. In the sun all the live long day long.
I had the pleasure of occupying all six of my seats by my "happy to be there" self. Wife didn't want to make herself (and me) miserable so she stayed in the a/c. I stayed until 5 minutes to go in the game. My real job is inside, I am over 60 but I will be in my seat rain or shine or hot or cold, as long as I can drive the 4 hours to get there. If other people want to stay home that's entirely their business. It has nothing to do with how big a fan you are, sometimes self preservation takes precedent.

Are you trying to say that we draw capacity crowds for early season non SEC games in Baseball? With high heat?

Have you every been to a baseball game here? An early season one? Have you every been to a sporting event at all? You dont seem knowledgeable on any aspect of this

lol at you

Exactly. Its mind boggling CAMP and RPO cant understand such a simple comcept. Trying to compare the crowd at at 15K baseball stadium, at the end of the season, with playoff and/or conference titles on the line ….....with a September non conference football game is laughable.

People complain all the time about the empty seats at our non conference baseball games.

Show me all those full house crow shots of Dudy during 120 degree temps playing a crappy conference USA team? Id love to see them try to provide any proof to their silly comparisons.

Are you really not smart enough to realize that this is exactly what I’m saying? I agree with everything you just said and have basically said the exact same thing about 3 times in this thread. Can you read at all?

Additionally, if we were playing in such a game, it would be later in the season, with a guaranteed much more favorable kickoff time, and therefore much more favorable weather. If RPO can name a time where we had 13,000 show up for a weekend series against Troy in February when it was 40 degrees out, he might have a point. September day games against G5 opponents are always going to be a recipe for bad attendance....for any SEC school.

So how hot was it up there? I'm thinking of sitting up there for K-State
