Agree. The ticket situation made no sense. From what i could tell one entire side of the lower level was state fans yet the only place i could find those tickets was through ulala. How did it end up being the state section?

$25 off ticketmaster. So $40 apiece. Moved to a section on the 20. Had it all to ourselves. I should have bought at the physical ticket office and avoided fees

I looked up until Wednesday for sideline seats. Gave up and made other plans.

I’ve been to Ticketmaster sponsored concerts and purchased at the gate and they still charge you the fees. Ticketmaster is an evil entity.

No idea how they still exist in todays world. Surely someone can provide a cheaper option and still be profit also

I sat in the second level and it was at least 80% full on the state side and looking down at the lower level it looked pretty full too. My guess was about 35,000 with about 20,000 State fans.

22k seemed way low.

I would guess that the 22K came from the ULL SID who probably got the number from the ULL ticket office. It probably did not include tickets sold through MSU or the walk up crowd.

ULL definitely had at least half of the attendance. I sat on their side and it wasn’t even close

You really think ULL had half of the attendance? The middle sections on their side had about 12 totally empty rows each.

I can see the number being 22k. With the upper bowl not being used, only 40,000 tickets available, and the ULL side pretty sparsely populated, the attendance was way closer to 22k than 35k.

In case you hadn’t noticed, and judging by the attendance you hadn’t, the Bulldogs have managed to win the 1st game and are no longer tied with UT, Mizzou, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and Vanderbilt in the cellar.

Our pay out was dependent upon ticket sales i.e. attendance. Maybe ULaLa is trying to short change us.

No way. Our side was full, ULL's was not. And I was sitting in the endzone

lower level, and we had way more fans than they did in our section.

It was at worst 50/50 but I'd guess it was more like 60/40 State.
