Season tickets

If I have not received my tickets yet should I be calling the ticket office to inquire? I looked back and in both 2018 and 2017 the tickets shipped on August 3rd. I did move seats this year.

That’s true. However, I’m trying to see if I’m an outlier or if several people have not received tickets yet.

This is complete misinformation. I never pay my BC donation until the end of the calendar year.

Well I am just telling you it happened to me.

That's probably because you never paid your pledge from the previous year. Then you have to pay last year's pledge plus this year's before you'll get your tickets.

You have all year to pay your donation. However, the tickets must be paid for before they ship.

I received mine late last week which is a little later than normal.

Mine came the 7th. In the days before bar codes I waited too long and never got mine. When I finally called they couldn't do anything but give me craprastic seats that were leftovers. In mid October they called me asking if I ordered more? Told them to check the post mark, it was my original order form from 6 months before just arriving. I'd call now

I called and owed a balance for the tickets - did not realize that I had made a partial payment for the tickets back in the Spring. If your tickets aren’t fully paid for - they won’t mail them. However - you have until year end to pay Donation. Glad I called
