[PearlRiverCoDawg]

I have recently fallen in love with mustard base bbq sauce, and I'm looking for some good brands other than the name brand stuff.

Pig & Pint’s mustard sauce is my favorite

Get Sweet Baby Ray’s mustard sauce and tweak to your liking. Mustard Q is my favorite, too.

Drive to Crystal Srings, ms. Go to Louises Open Pit. Get a gallon of Clear Sauce. Eat on everything. You’re welcome.

I would suggest picking out a few that you find online, make them, and try them out yourself. Find the one you like the best and tweak it to your liking. I know it’s a bit of a cop out answer, but I’ve found that, for me, this is the best way to go.

Y'all got my interest perked up. Fill me in how you're using this mustard sauce.

Smoked meat or grilling or both? Basting or dipping or both?

I personally don’t like mustard base, but Sticky Fingers is a South Carolina based company that retails their sauces in stores. You could also get Lexington Dawg to mail you some Dukes, Hudson’s, Shealy’s, or Maurice’s.

Luling City Market makes their own which is mustard based with cracked pepper. Excellent. They ship to your door so it's well worth your try.

Carolina Treet hands down

[Mr Grim]

Smoked - like on chopped/pulled pork shoulder. Haven’t used for basting yet.

I don't care for Sticky Fingers but all the others mentioned are really good. If using mustard based, Shealy's is my favorite.

This, all day. I like making my own sauces, but if you haven't tried Cattleman's, you should.
