Taking the family to NO for the ULL game Labor Day weekend. Any recommendations for areas to avoid between 8am and 8pm. Appears there’s a festival that weekend too.

Take them to Audubon Zoo and Park, Aquarium, City Park Or WW2 Museum.

The zoo has a really nice splash pad and lazy river for the kids.

Jesus people it's just some gay people. You aren't gonna catch it. There won't be any sex in the streets at least not during the day time. Little Jane and Bobby won't have their virtues stolen because they came in to contact with some lesbians. They might even have their narrow minds opened a crack and learn that everyone deserves to be loved. Scared you might see some people holding hands, having a good time with friends and loved ones?

Good for you for taking the opportunity to ride your high horse. And of course you're right that it's impossible that some people just believe some place are not kid friendly environments. The only possible reason to not want a kid at decadence is homophobia.

My wife is an Interior Designer. I'll probably bump into a lot of people I know that won't likely be wearing maroon that weekend.
