Why in the HELL is our third team catcher playing 3B?

[TBone.sixpack]

Huge play. Sure wish his bat would wake up though.

[Shamoan]

It’s been above avg for the 9 hole by a mile

Lately*

He has been awesome this year. Just lately he has slumped.

[Dawgcap]

Damn some need to shut up. We ain’t perfect but I think for a offense- defense trade off we are playing our best. The funny thing is we have some who complain but I think I just checked and we have won 50 and are 1 win away from a CWS

Half of these people don’t have a clue about baseball.

Half of these people don’t have a clue about baseball.

You can say that again.

Half?

You’re too kind.

Gilbert plays 3rd because we don't have a division one ready 2nd baseman on the team. In fact, none of our infielders play their natural position. When you take that fact in to consideration, you realize just how amazing this team has been. Foscue did a solid job once moved to 2nd, and Gilbert has done a decent job at 3rd. Hail State!

He has a mind numbing error every once in a while. However those 2 plays deep in the hole last night show how awesome of a job he has been doing. The positives far outweigh the negatives.
