OT: The Finals

[Sickdawg]

Do y’all believe the raptors can hold onto this 3-1 lead and take the warriors without Durant? I know the should and feel like they will but something about the warriors still makes me uneasy

[11thEagleFan]

I do. Unbelievably, the Raptors could’ve very easily swept this series, had they not allowed a 20-0 run from the Warriors in Game 2. I’d like for Toronto to win, in any case. Cool city. Good fan base.

[Bobby Ricigliano]

But...Drake.

Would love to see Gasol get a title

Ditto

That would be cool. It would also be cool to see a guy like Kawhi Leonard carry a team on his back to a title. Not an all-star team built through free agency, but a team that understands how to complement one of the best players in the game.

Leonard is Exhibit A for those of us that think if you want to really develop your game, get to the NBA ASAP.

Basketball?

Getting better also comes with age and experience, obviously.

[DesotoCountyDawg]

Leonard is the best player in the NBA that no one talks about. He’s not flashy so he gets overlooked.

I hope he stays in Toronto, but he should probably move to a major market.

[11thEagleFan]

I keep hearing this, but why? Toronto is Canada’s team. Is there a US market that is bigger than the entire nation of Canada?

[preacher_dawg]

Basketball?

It's baseball season for us now, I guess.

[Go Budaw]

Move to a major market? Toronto is the 4th largest city in all of North America, and is bigger than every US city besides NY and LA. It doesn’t get much more major than that.
