So who all do we loose and keep after the draft?

Most of the time, once you get to the 20th round then you have a great chance getting them to campus.

Would Landon Jordan not be at second and Foscue at third? Thought those were their natural positions and Foscue was just playing second because we didnt' have a natural 3b that also was ready to bat?

Landon Jordan played second earlier in the year and my impression was that he would be better at 3rd.

I'm not too familiar with our signees. Kamren James could possibly play 2nd and move Foscue back to 3rd. There's one or two others that might could help but it's tough to project signees.


A lot of pitchers coming in that will have to help strengthen the pen. Guys like Landon Sims and Will Bednar. Logan Tanner is also a good prospect at C or P. And we have 6 JC pitchers coming in.

Unless someone we sign is a stud, or Jordan makes huge strides in the offseason, I wouldn't move Foscue at this point. The defense up the middle has improved throughout the season and I think that's a big reason for it.

Landon Jordan played SS in high school but I didn’t think he could play it at the next level. The James kid is really good. He can pick it at short.

I'm hoping they're all LOOSE for the draft & this weekend's Super. But, I'm sure we'll give them all enough time to warm up.
