We could’ve had 8 runs on Walker early on. Some of it was bad luck (Rowdy’s hot shot grounder into a DP, questionable call on Hatcher sliding back into second, WTF interference call on Westburg), some of it was missed opportunities by us though. Just always seems to happen when we play them.

Huh? It was about not putting up an 8 spot against Walker. He had nothing at all and we let him struggle through 4 innings, keeping LSU in the game.

Why didn't we bunt Rowdey in the 7th after Skelton's lead-ff double? I get playing for the big inning early, but that was a key baserunner.

We just don’t bunt much. Haven’t all year. I’m sure we trusted Rowdy to hit in that situation. Unfortunately that was the exact moment where Beck became unhittable all of the sudden.
