I hear what you are saying, but IMHO the SEC Tournament is never irrelevant. I go each year and enjoy some outstanding baseball, and yes winning the Tournament Championship is a great accomplishment. That trophy stays with the University forever as a mark of superior play. Hoover is a great baseball venue.

No link, but he was not running all of the warmup drills with the rest of the team during the Georgia series. When the team was doing base stealing simulation sprints, Mac just stayed on the line. I thought it was very odd at the time.
