Think I saw the deal was in the 6 year, $27M range. Betting they have a helluva buyout, esp after seeing how the UCLA/Barnes dance played out.

I wanna say if he did, it came out and was super low. Like 500k maybe. Can’t remember.

$500k is what I remember as well. Seems as though there was talk that the MS 4 year contract max results in really small buyouts. That kinda gives both sides a little protection. Coaches can walk to another school relatively cheaply but also protects us from giving a guy an 8 year deal who ends up sucking as a coach and leaving state schools with a coach they can't afford to fire.
