Guy doesn't have the mental capacity for the position. Great athlete and got by on that but Fitz was a questionable decision maker at best. Is Moorhead blameless? Far from it. But Fitz was never taking us to the next level under this staff, the last staff, or with Alabama's staff.

That said, if we don't see clear improvement next year scoring with personnel that have had some time to develop under Moorhead, then bombs away on the staff.

This is correct. He wa saying "get on the ball, get on the ball." There are plenty of things to scratch your head over in this one, we don't need to be stupid and make up one.
