Doesn’t the whole option piece of the RPO fly in the face of the meaning of the word “commitment”? I mean, I get what you’re saying about the number of carries, but Moorhead was anything but committed to the run in the KY game this year

We didn’t commit to the run. Our RBs combined for 12 carries.

Georgia rannit 50 times today. That’s commitment.

This is also 2 weeks after 17 carries for 211 against K State for Hill alone.

I know B Walker has turned the corner and is now “supporting the coach”, but saying we committed to the run is just wrong.

It's not that I'm supporting the coach

It's that I disagree that we lost to Kentucky because Moorhead didn't run enough. We got our butts kicked in every way. We couldn't pass. Couldn't run. got a ton of penalties. We were awful in every phase. Moorhead should've had the team more prepared for a road SEC game than that.

But I disagree that we lost because we didn't run it enough. We couldn't run it.

Florida is the game that we directly lost because Moorhead wouldn't run the ball enough.
