Did he even touch the field? Something has to be going on there. We don't know the whole story.

Hate it for the guy. This is not how he wanted to finish his career.

Anyone else hear the comment by one of the ESPN guys that there was some frustration with players learning the new playbook, and Hill took it upon himself to be a leader with learning the new offense? Just wonder if Williams and this new coaching staff haven’t exactly gelled well. Hill definitely deserves to start, but it is strange we’re not even seeing Williams.

I feel the same way about Dear. I know some have come on here and said that Dear doesn't have the drive or desire to stay in shape...but he's better out of shape than most players are in shape. I just find it crazy that he can't find playing time in SOME capacity. Would love to hear an official word from JoMo about Dear's status, although I doubt we'll ever get one.

He’s not going to see the field. Kylin Hill is the man

If Kylin Hill keeps playing like this he wont' start, but I was surprised Gibson was the back up. Gibson is a really good back though. He has a lot of burst and can cut really well. Those types of guys work better in this offense. I would imagine Aeris hasn't taken the demotion well either so that probably has affected his attitude with coaches.

Did see him celebrating after Hill touchdown congratulating him when he came to the bench.

Hill wasn't that great at pass pro, either. That play where the KS linebacker got hurt, Hill didn't even touch him.

Yeah but Aeris isn’t anywhere near as explosive as Kilyn. Nobody cares about pass pro when you are rushing for 211 yards on 17 caries. Aeris can’t do that.

That's fine, but he's a 1,100 yd back in the SEC... he's done enough to be second string.

Bottom line, Jomo is going to put best athlete on the field for any given circumstance. He doesn't play the favorite game like the previous coach. There's really nothing else to say about it. Many fans get emotionally attached to recruits and players and at times coaches do too. That ain't happening with Jomo. It sucks currently for some of our guys recruited by previous staff, but it is 100% better for the team and program the way things are being handled now.

Are you saying he was not good enough the last 2 minutes of the game?

But if he graduates he can still transfer and play immediately unless he thinks he might get drafted based off last year.

I agree. It just doesn’t make sense to have 3 very good running backs and not use the one that was the workhorse and starter last season. Aeris must not have adjusted well. Kylin has been lights out though.
