can't beat the $1 old fashioned sausage biscuit and coffee. my beef with them has also been that you can get a large coke for $1 but large coffee is 59 cents more. how is a plain black coffee more than a coke.
Why would you do that when you can get a pack of cigs, a monster energy drink, and a frosted honey bun at any Circle K for $11?
This is a fact. It is also cheap. You can get a breakfast burrito with cheese, sausage or bacon, and egg for $1.
I can't speak for the Mayor, but I don't go because even with 30 people working at a time, they still can't get my order right. Chick-Fil-A is overrated, overrpriced, and I am scared they will spit in my food if they find out I am Catholic.
The perfectly circular egg (that was probably made in a factory in China) is well worth $2. What are you doing with your life?

McDonald's is able to offer the soft drinks at $1 because of their relationship with Coca Cola. The Coke at McDonald's is exclusive to them and they get the syrups much cheaper than anyone else. The coffee on the other hand is a premium special grown bean that cost them more than other fast food joints pay for their basic coffee.
Order the $1 version and order the egg on the side. It'll run you under $1 for the egg.
Surprisingly all the eggs are made fresh, in house at McD's.
I researched McDonald's pretty hard before I opened a quick service restaurant and I was surprised how much of their product is made fresh or fairly close to fresh. I've worked in full service "nice" restaurants that have used microwaves more.
Plus they can charge the extra $0.59 because their coffee is better than every other fast food restaurants coffee.
I'm calling ******** on CFA always screwing up your order. They never screw mine up and they have the best employees of any fast food chain, for a couple of reasons (they pay more and they have higher standards of who they'll hire and who they won't). Feel free to hate them if you want to, but they do have the best food, best employees and cleanest restaurants in the fast food category.
Hardee's is #1. Don't waste your $$ on any other fast food breakfast.
I swear the one here in Tupelo survives solely on it's breakfast business. You can drive up any other time of day and there's a good chance you'll be the only customer there. But try to get breakfast and you'll be lined up out on the road waiting to turn in.

A sausage egg and cheese McMuffin is only $1 if you order from the McDs App. Every sandwich inc breakfast is a $1 on the App except double quarter pounder and Signature Crafted Recipe Sandwiches.
The apps pretty cool. You can order your **** before you leave the house and just tap the button when you pull in the parking lot. Drive up and it's ready are waddle your fat azz in and pick it up.

Fountain coke costs like 7 cents. No coffee is costing 7 cents. Plus I am sure they don't want 500 grandpas in there drinking cheap coffee every morning.
They really do have the best coffee. It's the 2nd best on the shelf too. Folgers Breakfast Blend is the only coffee that's better than McDonald's Breakfast Blend.
MacDonald's doesn't hold a candle to Hardee's for breakfast, or anything else except fries. If you want a burger, get one at Hardee's then run through the drive-thru at MacDonald's for fries.

I've never tried Chick Fil A for breakfast, but if it's anything like the rest of their food it's fantastic.

They've never gotten my order wrong, and they have the friendliest, most competent service I've ever seen in a fast food place. At least all the ones here are like that. Can't speak for the Jackson area.
During rush hours, they have two lanes with kids standing there with an iPad-like thing, where they type in your order, take your credit card, and send you to get your receipt and food. And they always say "my pleasure" when you thank them. The only issue is getting in and out of the one I go to most often.

I don't really like any of these fast food hamburgers. But the best hamburger I've ever had is at Stafford's Dairy Bar in West Point.
Yes, the kids working there are always clean, dressed nice, friendly, and seem to have a brain. I don't think they be mystified when making change, even without a computer. All of that can't be said for other fast food chains.
