***** Official Cats vs. Mizzou game thread *****

[Cold Stout Beer]

It's uncanny how the little things that add up to big things so often go the other way.

[FirewithFire]

lol at this start. This could be a route by halftime.

[Farsight]

Get Garrison Out.

AS SOON AS THE BENCH COMES IN WE GO DOWN

[rick64]

Lazy pass and no effort on D to stop the drive to the basket.

[NoahColeLiam2024!]

Heck of a start. Maybe the nerves will calm and we settle in but our shot selection is something.

[UKDC80]

So typical. Lazy, dumb, not aggressive.

[anon1790746896]

we play like garbage

[TortElvisII]

ESPN sound is poor.

[YankeeCpt_rivals378522]

look like poop.
high risk passes, stupid contested shots...
wake up!!!

[HenryMuto]

Need to stay close can't get blown out early it snowball and I want at least a chance in the end.

[St.PatterSoN-54-]

We have shot five very uncomfortable shots so far

[darkshadesofblue]

Oweh killing us with horrible passes

[trey g 4 UK]

Exactly the reason saying BG will shoot 4-6 3’s next year is a HORRIBLE IDEA

[SemperFiCat]

Important game and the offense is bizarrely absent. Again.

[StubbornPenny]

We’re playing mad stupid. Of course it’s one of those games where they get to put their entire arms up our asses and it’ll never be called.

[LmdCat]

Get Garrison Out.

AS SOON AS THE BENCH COMES IN WE GO DOWN

This is the very reason why we no longer waste scholarships on state players if they are not good enough.

[YankeeCpt_rivals378522]

we just look careless and playing with house money.

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

This team makes the hardest dumbest passes

[Titpwhami2014]

This start is why I can’t trust this team in March. Can rarely put back-to-back games together, much less 3-4 which would be required to make a serious run.

[trey g 4 UK]

Don’t agree with Popes substitution patterns one damn bit.

[SophiesDad]

The analytics say take your best overall player out of the game at the start @ 17:00 mark lol

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

we just look careless and playing with house money.

You’re exactly right. It’s a coin flip whether this team plays with effort in intensity, or just goes to the motion. It drives me insane.

[ala_kat2]

How do you sub when you you have only 3 points?

[blackcat714]

Mizzu playing good defense

[ukwildcat2004]

Missouri is a handsy bunch.

[anon1790746896]

how many oreb does mizzou already have?

[BlueWorldOrder74]

Can’t watch game now, can someone tell me how many minutes AW played before BG checked in?

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

Has anyone noticed that we’re not actually running any screens, setting pick, moving the ball, it’s all just one on one ISO

[MbergCat]

This might get ugly if we don't wake up.

[anon1790746896]

We can not even dribble against them...

[TheWyldKat_rivals45219]

Can’t watch game now, can someone tell me how many minutes AW played before BG checked in?

Not very long, maybe 3 1/2 minutes

[HenryMuto]

Offense has been trash so far no ball movement

[FirewithFire]

Well, the step back magical three didn't fall for them so that's something.

[CrazyCat74]

Important game and the offense is bizarrely absent. Again.

Amazing how bipolar our offense is considering how experienced these guys are.

[ala_kat2]

Wonder if the pre-fame pep talk was actually a pep talk.

[JHannibalSmith]

I’ve given up all hope of this team winning 50/50 balls & not giving up offensive rebounds. Those two effort based stats have contributed heavily to all of our losses. It’s maddening that it persists into March.

[LmdCat]

We look absolutely lost on both ends of the court.

[Farsight]

GET GARRISON OUT NOW

[HenryMuto]

That time we needed Garrison to shoot the 3 instead he dribbles with 2 secs on shot clock awful without Butler out there

[mhroe1984]

SIT BG!!
