Cats-Sooners Game Thread

[Rideordiewildcat]

I don't know about that

9th Quad 1 win. Mizzou, AM, FL etc lost to inferior opponents and we got a tough road win.

[W1LDCAT22]

Garrison made the smartest, bone-headed play of all-time. Making sure the clock was out to go talk sh*t lmao

[ck-2]

Dane Bradshaw says we are so much better with Butler on the floor, +10. Please tell Pope.

[*Fox2Monk*]

Now we need Arkansas to blow it.

[TriCountyCAT]

Won and only made 7 3s, 30%.

[JwUKFan11]

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!

HAHA lets look through the game thread and find stupid **** after a guy had the best game of his life!

[Digger-Cat]

Broke the rule of 71 too. Oweh just wasn't gonna have it.

[TX Wildcat]

Close late game and shot nerves, no way I'll be able to go to sleep soon. Worth it though. Great road win vs. a far inferior yet hungry opponent. Oweh made damn sure this was not Texas 2.0! Win at home and escape on the road. Whew.....

[Rideordiewildcat]

O pulls a Sean Woods but thank God no Latener/Fears finish

[phyrekat]

Glad my reverse jinx worked.

[LineSkiCat14]

Let's remember.. we had to finish this game, yet again, without Jrob abd Butler and Kerr. We beat a top50ish team on the road very short handed. Butler wasn't even really close to 100%.

You're not going to play pretty under those circumstances.. but we got the win. You take it.

[DaDirtyLeb69]

@Son_Of_Saul we gotta get your student here next year. I’ll co-sign the NIL check with ya

[*Fox2Monk*]

Tre Johnson is a badass. We need to get freshman like him. He’s worth the cash.

[TortElvisII]

[ManitouDan_anon]

a

Brandon Garrison almost lost us that game.

One more second and we are screwed .. or even 0.5 secs … very immature . He losses the game via technical foul

[spincr4hire72]

Oweh Ohmy!

[ArtLaibsGhost_rivals]

Should’ve kept his mouth shut

I could feel doom there for a mo.ent

Did they get hurt again or just sit like a minutes restriction.

[Blue_2_the_bone_rivals]

He had 12/5 he played good overall. We needed all 12.

Plays better when he’s in with the first group and not other subs. He can’t create for others like Williams. Has to have other people create for him.

[WCSPlayedWRInHS]

Wow what a freaking win. Definitely felt like a game we would lose 9/10 times. Glad to live in the timeline where we got the win lol.

[Rideordiewildcat]

Shows had OK moneyline. Whistle sounds he's like let's go to the monitor.

[Digger-Cat]

I really dont want to see OU in the SECT, just because of that final few seconds.

I'm fine getting them in the tournament, it's when we play these teams in their gyms that we get all our guys in foul trouble.

But we also don’t win this game without him.

Jaxs wrist was bothering him to where he couldn't go anymore. Butler just fouled out.

He was fouled out

I’m down to get Thornton/fears

[ManitouDan_anon]

But we also don’t win this game without him.

Played great in stretches .

[LineSkiCat14]

Jrob hurt again, not sure the extent. Butler fouled out with like 5 min left and announcer said he has to play the entire game basically protecting his weak side/shoulder.

[Digger-Cat]

Anyone else notice Pope went with Garrison and Williams togetger the last few minutes? I don't recall him doing that before.

Robinson hurt his wrist again, Butler just fouled out

[W1LDCAT22]

But we also don’t win this game without him.

Garrison was the only one that actually played D.

I've been calling for Pope to do this. Carr is so bad a lot of the time.

[mcwildcats04]

It's a miracle Shows didn't call a technical on Garrison at the end. Obviously it wasn't warranted as any chirping was after the clock hit zero. But, it's Shows....

[fisherscatfan_rivals101526]

Oweh, man did he change his trajectory of his game and THE game tonight! Scored the last 19 points and the final two on a Sean Woodson like bank. They didn’t have a Laetner though.

[rob_47]

Shows had OK moneyline. Whistle sounds he's like let's go to the monitor.

Yeah one of the good parts about the win was it felt like they wanted Ou to win but couldn't do anything more to help it happen.

[Rideordiewildcat]

Garrison made the smartest, bone-headed play of all-time. Making sure the clock was out to go talk sh*t lmao

Lights red games over, sorry Shows

Ah son of a *****,

[Digger-Cat]

Dane Bradshaw says we are so much better with Butler on the floor, +10. Please tell Pope.

Butler gave what he had. He needs a couple games to get back into game shape.

This is why waiting until the NCAAT to play Butler and Jaxson was always a bad idea.

[Eccain01]

Garrison waited till the clock was 0:00 before he started you could see him looking at the clock

I know it probably shouldn’t but that is actually hilarious to me

[W1LDCAT22]

This was a huge game and feels like a must-win. Glad we got the W.
