There is no way in hell he’s staying. He already violated his contract. He’s not getting paid and people that don’t want him anymore, a large portion would throw a fit. Plus recruits already decommiting and transferring. It’s a done deal. Cal won’t show his face ever again, that dog walk was the most Cal thing ever.

His recruits and transfers don’t want to go to Arkansas ? Counted chickens before they hatched? Who knows.

That could be it. He already lost probably the only immediate impact recruit in JQ (Fland I guess is another). I don't think these guys are all that willing to follow a failing coach as he high tails to a lesser school, in a city and state that's got even less going on for youths (no offense KY folks). This wasn't like when Cal left Memphis to come here.

It was probably a good friend with him on that walk taking the footage. One final FU to the fanbase.

Trilly has a post out saying there is a crazy a$$ story he will tell of stuff that went down today. Said it involved DePaul and I would presume that to me Dwayne P. Says he will share it once everything is finalized.

Based off another post he shared, said Cal did have second thoughts, UK already pulled breach of contract card.

Since he has now completely burned whatever parts of the remaining bridge with Kentucky, I hope the Hogs put the squeeze on him. Under no circumstances, should he be allowed back if his deal with the Hogs fall through. It serves him right for rushing to leak the story to upstage the NC game.

Could see it for sure. However, I’m seeing people saying that statement about trying to return was photoshopped. Who knows Haha

He’s trying to pull a you have to fire me now to get the 33 mil and then still take that job? Only thing that remotely makes sense and that’s about as far fetched as you can get.

Or maybe MJ is wrong yet again. I seriously doubt that MJ is right and he has been wrong so many times.

If that's really how it went down, Cal screwed himself. He can't come back to UK, and now Arkansas will know that he wasn't all in on coming there. I would have to think that might impact his contact negotiations there and diminish some fan support.

How would DePaul be involved?

Pilgrim said breach of contract and UK could fire him and not owe him a damn penny anyway for talking to another school without permission..
he had to notify the school about talking to another school
who is to say if he did or did not

He breached his contract, so he cannot get his money. He tried to leave back in February, tell him to piss off Barnhart and move on, they cannot bring him back after last night and yesterday, if he does Barnhart is the biggest coward ever
These are my thoughts exactly. We have cause to fire him now. In many ways, that would be the perfect ending for that POS instead of a soft landing at Arkansas.
