He had a really rough day, his worst game as a Wildcat
Missed free throws down the stretch vs. Kansas too, right?
Idiotic thread. He's been arguably our best player all season.
People praised him last game and ignored that he should have had about 10 more rebounds that he pussed out on. Dude needs to play 20ish minutes but Ugo and Bradshaw are so bad he’s forced to play more.
He was absolutely dreadful today. There's no two ways about it. Soft, selfish, pretty much the opposite of everything he's been this year. Everyone throes a clunker at some point. Hope he shakes it off.
He is certainly having a hard time And with out Therio we have to have more out of Edwards than the occasional dunk or three .
Whole game he was 3-14. Still glad to have him. I knew we would drop a road game in conference so I’m not mad. Just okay better Wednesday. Let’s go Cats. Still love this team.
He had three wide open threes that he terribly airballed and some of the worst passes you'll see. Hope he made some money today
The entire team choked defensively for 45 minutes
He just had a point blank and 1 where he missed the put back and one free throw we got one point. Then he threw it out of bounds.
That was the final margin.
He’s a good middle of the game player, but he 100% has been choking in the clutch.
But it’s ok. If you guys like 4 seeds and hanging banners for Sweet 16s, counting on guys like Mitchell down the stretch will get you there.
Mitchell played horribly today but has been one of the most important players on the team this year.
I can’t stand being on here after a loss, not a diss to Aike because he had a bad game.
Never said he wasn’t important or doesn’t play well in general. I said he chokes down the stretch of close games. Which he does.
That’s what I heard when he choked earlier this year. He was tired. Could be.
This was a bad match up for Mitchell. He’s very soft. A&M is a lot of things. But soft is not one.
Nah Tre was a big, if not biggest reason we lost. That turn over trying to start the break was an absolute back breaker. And he made nothing today you can’t go 3/13 with that many wide open looks.

I’m not even trying to single him out. We made plenty of mistakes. Just noting that there is a pattern of him failing to deliver in the clutch.
Might be worth keeping an eye on if we expect to compete for a title. Who needs to be on the floor in crunch time? Pretty clear that we haven’t figured that out yet.

I don’t think I saw Aike say he was awful and every game he’s played for us has been bad. But if he makes 2 more shots we win, and he kept taking them and had two really bad turn overs.

Not one game. Has happened more than once now. And if he’s our “most important” player, it’s only because we’ve lacked depth in the front court. He’s far from our best player.
Down the stretch I feel that way. 8 minutes to go in the first half? No problem.
He is the weak link on the court. Our defense and rebounding stink because of his effort. Im a proponent of giving Bradshaw some of his min at the 4 until Thiero is back
I don't think he came out in the first half. I know he didn't in the 2nd half or in OT.
