Not for nothing but wanted to call this out as the Reds wear the patch on their sleeve, but the new Kroger logo looks like they gave my 2nd grade son a blue crayon and told him he has 5 minutes to create a new logo.

Just to trigger UKO…

It's sad that a sports guru as yourself would do this to embarrass yourself. You may as well bring up the story when Macy said he and MJ combined for 57 one night (Mike had 50) You probably had Macy on the All-NBA team.

*will wait on your Mantle switch hitting comparisons.

*EDC is 5 for his last 30 w/ 11 K's.

Should have traded him for a 39 year old Max Scherzer or 41 year old Justin Verlander, obviously!

Given either would have been better than anyone currently on the Reds staff, and the fact that you try to win each year, and if presented w/ a playoff opportunity, you make big moves (except the Reds) However, given the inept lineups Bell throws out their each game, neither would have agreed to come to Cincy.

It's truly amazing the lack of baseball knowledge this board has. I feel like I am talking to volunteer tee-ball coaches.

🇻🇳At least Viet Nam Kitchen is still cookin in Iroquois Manor, Louisville still rates. Delish. Took my kid to only restaurants with patina. VNK, DIzzy Whizz, Irish Rover.

🚁That said, Iroquois Manor has a ‘coffee shop’ that looks like a casting call for Blackhawk Down II. No idea WTF is going on there. Most definitely some front for Mogadishu shenanigans.

👎🏻Yankees are my team. Experiencing Covid-era Cats syndrome where I simultaneously can’t believe what’s going on and lack of interest. Sad.

🍜Paid my son’s fraternity foodplan bill for scholastic year 23-24. Found out the cook has not signed a contract and there’s a Mexican standoff. No soup for you. So, after laying out over $3500 for canned **** food, my son is doordashing TollyHo to his room. JFC.

🖕🏻First crispy morning. Traffic into Lincoln Tunnel. My office sucks. Apparently I got a promotion while I was gone. a framed plaque and an envelope with congrats was left on my keyboard yesterday. No mention. No discussion. No email. No extra cash. Effing bush league company. No clue.

🦐Yucatán Shrimp was on point.

🍅Jersey has its faults, but farm raised heirloom tomatoes ain’t one of them. Lord have mercy, this years crop is bussin.

It’s like some immature reverse psychology bot is posting. I hate getting drawn in but at this point it’s ironically hilarious to witness.

Reds projected to be 67-95 yet somehow these incompetent managers with all these terrible players are in the thick of not only a wildcard, but possibly the division.

I mean at what point do you give credit where credit is due!

Maybe someone can explain to this clown how a no trade clause works, because Scherzer and Verlander both had one. It’s all hypothetical, and it’s not like the Reds could have snagged either just because ownership really really wanted them. That’s not how that works.

Yeah, don't see Kate Upton signing up for nights out in OTR. Frankly, downtown Houston's scene is lacking but the devil you know.

At a point in life where my friends, and my, parents are aging/dying. Sad. Half a dozen funerals this year alone. All in 80's/90's, lived a good life.

Messi in the Nati tonight. Biggest thing to happen since Taylor Swift. Reminds me of the great scene in Vision Quest.

You’re forgetting the other obvious point here. EDLC and the Reds suck, they don’t have anyone of value that teams would want for guys like those two.

Baseball trash talk, like the sport, is so god awful.

Football “Man he hit the **** out of him!”

Basketball “Man he was swatted his **** away and dunked on his head!”

Baseball “If you even out his median statistical ERA at .217 he’s on pace to eclipse the previous mark of .208, which has only been achieved in the ‘79 season after the first 54 games, this has only been achieved a handful of times in the NL!”

EDLC for Verlander or Scherzer? That's the "big move" the Reds should have made at the deadline??

Davis = Henson guy is off the hook...
I think he he actually suggested trading them for middle relief arms.

True but baseball has far and away the best non-hockey fights.

15% of them are awesome. The other 85% are just guys flexing and looking intimidating while a bunch of fat bullpen guys jog across the outfield to mill around second base.

Yeah great idea - let’s let Troll UKO’s trolling dominate GYERO.

You guys are nothing but marks.

What do you mean?! If you simply take the median of EDCs last 19 at bats, and divide that against the statistical averages in the NL for the last 34 years, then factor in the standard deviation when accounting for relief pitching in the AL after the pinch hitter rule was implemented, and dividing by on bat percentage after including stolen bases you can clearly…..

-man, some people just don't want other people to be happy...and exist to bring folks down. I'm sure a psychiatrist could diagnose this correctly. From a humanitarian stance it's sad, from an adult male stance it's pitiful. I don't like to use the ignore button...the best tact is to understand that the posts are from an unserious person, and to scroll past without a second thought.

Remind you of anyone?

Overview

Borderline personality disorder is a mental health disorder that impacts the way you think and feel about yourself and others, causing problems functioning in everyday life. It includes self-image issues, difficulty managing emotions and behavior, and a pattern of unstable relationships.

With borderline personality disorder, you have an intense fear of abandonment or instability, and you may have difficulty tolerating being alone. Yet inappropriate anger, impulsiveness and frequent mood swings may push others away, even though you want to have loving and lasting relationships.

Borderline personality disorder usually begins by early adulthood. The condition seems to be worse in young adulthood and may gradually get better with age.

If you have borderline personality disorder, don't get discouraged. Many people with this disorder get better over time with treatment and can learn to live satisfying lives.

Blocking UKO does nothing. You will still see his tweets and entire pages dedicated to calling his sports takes retarded

You guys should understand by now that a UNC basketball fan who lives in Lexington and posts in the general discussion forum on a Kentucky sports website isn’t phased by being called names or being mocked.

Nice to see the Florida doc get HAMMERED by anyone thats already watched. Gainesville's biggest hype job since they somehow narrated Anthony Richardson having a great season last year.

“Coming to Florida in 2005 anything less than a championship is complete and utter failure!”

5 minutes later

“Florida only had one championship in 1996 surrounded by completely mediocre periods”

🙄

-It's not required to be part of every conversation. A few of you, most of you, could afford to skip 75% of them. Hank finally learned this and he's be better ever since.

-High of 92 in Lex today and they canceled the CC meet. Come on. They're running .9 miles. Not trying to sound like the old guy but we used to do 2 a days in warmer weather than this. Played baseball earlier this year in hotter temps. Thanks, WCC.

-I know it's going to be hot af the next 2 days but next week looks more like what we've had all summer. low 80s.

-Little Dude is all about Harry Potter now. Knocking a chapter out per night. Do the movies follow the individual books?

-Finished up plans for some meetings in NOLA in a few months. N7, Osteria Lupa, Commanders, Doris, and Zazu on the docket. The level of pretentiousness those restaurants in NOLA have is wild. "We don't have a phone number" "No more than 4 guests on a reservation" "F*ck you and your mother, if you want to eat here, show up and we'll spit in your eye, and then maybe feed you." Never seen a group of business owners project so many ways of discouraging customers.

Doesn’t take a psychiatrist to diagnose he’s a prick.
