Is Jordan Brown Cal Worthy?

I don’t make $9 million a year but one might think in light of the Aaron Bradshaw news that adding an experienced Big Man might be prudent and exactly what this team needs. The 6-11 grad transfer averaged 19.3 points and 8.6 boards last season. Was Mid Major POY last season at Louisiana and Pac 12 6th man of year at Zona. But what do we fans know?

He recruited him out of HS. I know that much.

He just about has to. Unless he’s gonna let klutch and Bradshaw hold him hostage which wouldn’t surprise me with how he handled the sharpe situation.

well this is the 3rd time (from what i have read) that Cal has recruited him
so you tell me if he is Cal worthy

Not sure if he’s Cal worthy or not. There is some concern of his eligibility for the fall according to some, including Goodman who pegged Bradshaw’s injury weeks ago.

Appreciate that insight. But in keeping with tradition of having players on our roster who never play…… let’s get him. He would at least be able to help us field a team in Canada at the very least even if he can’t play next season. It’s not like we are getting anyone else worth a damn.

There hasn’t been anything official yet, and I’m not sure when that might happen. There’s been some rumblings in Bama circles that he may have to finish a class to get his academic eligibility ironed out to transfer. They’re still expecting him to make it official after that, and it doesn’t currently appear to be a case where it’s still an open recruitment.

the reason i asked is i seen a post on twitter a few days ago that he was serious;y looking at Michigan

Goodman didn't peg anything. He heard when the rest of us started hearing the rumors.

Pretty sure Goodman gets pegged.
