So happy for Aaron and his family. He has all the tools to become an elite big man at the next level. It killed Aaron that he couldn't help his brothers on the court, especially in our round of 32 loss to Oregon. But he has our full support, and I can't wait to join him on draft night. #LaFamilia

-Sox and Yankees start tonight. Still the best rivalry in sports.
-I take that back, maybe the USMNT and Mexico is the best rivalry. Love watching the US spank that ace, and then watch Mexico foul and cry for almost the entire second half. They are not getting the hang of these beatings they have been getting.
-Ahh so Bradshaw will be the new Sharpe now?
-Still thinking 15 loss minimum coming up.
-Anybody had tinnitus? This sucks.

I don’t have a time to research but I’m sure someone called this a while ago on Bradshaw.

Not sure this is exactly the same thing but…
Also, there may be 3 or 4 1st rounders on this team but almost everyone is saying that the top of this years freshman class isn’t anywhere near as good as years past. We shall see. Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if Bradshaw turns out to be this years Dragon/Vanderbilt/Clarke.

We've reached the "put up a curtain on the track and shoot the horse" stage of Kentucky Basketball. It's over guys. Can it be reborn? I'm not certain it can unless the NCAA and NBA go to the MLB-College Baseball model (go pro out of high school or you're not eligible again until after your junior year).
Or maybe just hiring a competent head coach

Pretty telling that my initial reaction to this Bradshaw news wasn’t “oh no, I’m not going to get to see this talented kid play at Kentucky.”

It was:

“Awesome- now we get to deal with this ‘will he or won’t he?’ ******** and drama all year.”

It’s tired. Cal lost his way a long time ago and now all the douchebags and hangers-on are more than happy to take advantage of him and make a mockery of his program.

Bradshaw - save us all some time and just leave Lexington. F it - we’ll just go with the perimeter-oriented young guns. May actually be a fun team to watch for the first time in years.

This is EXHAUSTING.

It certainly and preemptively takes the annual drama who the recipient will be gliding along on the PJ Washington knee scooter and boot.

He may be throwing in a mystery *** surgery to keep up with the victims unit.

I don’t buy the Jared Vanderbilt stuff- kid missed most of his rookie season.

But these past few years:

Hagans ********
Terrence Clarke quiet quitting
The Sharpe situation
Weird Tshiebwe **** last year
Wheeler quitting then being celebrated

I’m a grumpy person but am generally optimistic about people, but that’s a whole lotta ******** right there.

They should go ahead and move BBM to the Transy gym this October. If they have it at Rupp, that turnout might be downright embarrassing.

Good. If Calipari is going to quiet quit, so should UK fans.

The only way to get that egomaniac out of here is to embarrass him.

How good can a team be with UKO getting 35 minutes/game at center?

Guess we’re about to find out.

There is no way this isn’t real. Are we even practicing yet for the games in July.

Not letting this basketball program ruin my good summer vibes.

Years from now we’re gonna look back at the image of Ellen Calipari standing alongside Wheeler’s framed jersey and be like “yeah that happened”

Where do we think that jersey is now? Probably propped up in a hallway in the bowels of Rupp?
One of the most ridiculous things I have ever witnessed when it comes to KY Basketball.

And we technically have a guy on the team taking summer classes at another school so he can graduate and transfer.

For a few days people tried to take the La Familia new and rub it in the face of doubters but:

It still hasn’t been announced

It will get us zero transfers when we desperately need them

It will leave us with our dick in our hands when Cal leaves and years behind in traditional NIL because it’s completely Cal-centric rather than UK Basketball.

Its all just effing exhausting.

He cant manage the brand anymore which is just insane to think. CBB is finally the business/platform hes acted like he wanted. Generational poverty etc. and we just suck at it. Its a greek tragedy.

Looking forward to come December Jeff Shepherd public discontent as watch brick after brick while KY Fav son gets the hook and should just be a massive mess heading into the Spring.

Go Cats!
