Nailed it. Heat looking good.
👍

1) Always great to see heartbreak for a Boston sports team.
2) Highly entertaining to watch Grant Williams committ career suicide.
3) Pat Riley was oh so right a few years ago when he said Bam was untouchable (wouldn't even consider trading him away)

Would love to see Bam get the title he got screwed out of.

That said, the Celtics will likely breeze to the finals now. Tatum was the one who got away for Calipari. Would have finished off that fabled All-NBA lineup with the small forward position.

Those zero points in Q4 from Tatum last night were clutch!!

Hmm. What say you? With the Heat up 2-0, do you bet the ranch on them or still take the Celtics?

Heat are still dogs in their own gym tomorrow, +3.5.
  • Celtics vs. Heat spread: Boston -3.5
  • Celtics vs. Heat over/under: 213.5 points
  • Celtics vs. Heat money line: Miami +135, Boston -160
  • MIA: The Heat are 4-0 ATS in their last four Sunday games
  • BOS: The Celtics are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games following an ATS loss

Boston looks done but unless they ball out in the 3rd, they truly are done. I can't see the Heat losing the 4th quarter.

Hope Denver wins it all so someone new wins it.

Miami has been amazing without Herro but curious if they can keep up with Denver offensively.

The Heat are a bring your lunch pail to work kind of team. Butler and Bam grew up in extremely difficult situations. They have 4 players who were undrafted but play meaningful minutes. They've had to scratch and crawl their way to the league. There is no ego. Just a very easy team to like.

Jimmy Butler kinda reminds me of Kawhi. 2 guys that aren't loud mouths. Let their games do the talking for them. Almost reluctant superstars if you will. Butler in the past might have come across as an a-hole, but the dude is just ultra competitive.

Jokic is a major problem for them though. Bam is going to have to be damn good every game.

If you're Boston, you have to think about blowing this up. I'd be absolutely repulsed by what I've seen from Brown AND Tatum, when it matters the most.

Of course they won't get rid of both.. it will likely be Jaylen Brown who goes. But I'm not convinced, at all, that Tatum is the guy you want.

Man I love this, except for the Kawhi comparison. I actually think those two couldn't be any more different. Kawhi is a great talent but he has a pretty poor work ethic. Fox sports has a great point: who even wants him at this point? 50 game seasons, doesn't communicate. What player in their right mind leaves Pop abd the Spurs He had a great 2-3 year stretch that culminated in the Toronto Title.. but he's a cancer at this point.

I was more thinking about them together as guys who don't really care for all the extra stuff that comes with being tremendous basketball players. They aren't guys who seek spotlight. They just want to show up, do their job, and have as little media attention as possible.

Lakers favored by 3 tonight.
"Just gotta get one," James said after Game 3. "One at a time. So focus on Game 4. That's all you can really think about. I mean obviously, this game is over and done with. We had some opportunities, but we didn't come through. Just get ready for Monday. Just gotta get one. One-game series for us. Every game counts obviously."

Denver hasn't looked like their crisp self tonight. Also, it could be the tinfoil hat I wear every day but the whistle seems awfully lopsided.
