I selected Maryland. No info just feel this is where he ends up.

Friend thinks that Dickinson is type who is spiteful enough that he'd like to screw UK over for not recruiting him harder when he was interested out of HS. I can see that in his personality for certain. Best thing for Kentucky, if this goes their way, they get another player for '24 roster. If not, then you have time to go after someone else.

I went Maryland as well, I saw where their insider said a big name booster got the call last night and was ready to help if needed

I said Kansas. Based on what I know about this guy, I just hope it
is not us. I think Ralphdaltonfan is spot on.

Not Kentucky. Just not feeling it. I'd rather have Grant Nelson but I don't see that materializing either.

I voted Kansas, because that's who I think he picks. But dammit... I hope I'm wrong. If not UK, then just go to Maryland. I'd be fine with that. Anybody but Kansas!

I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s strung cal along for the thrill of it. I mean cal isn’t difficult for his coveted recruits to dupe

The booster you are talking about just funded up to 2 million for Dickinson. I have been listening to the college sports station. All indications, if money related, is that it will be Maryland. I can't see Kentucky matching that amount.

Interesting for a local sports reporter to tweet this. No idea though. Wouldn’t be shocked with anything. One thing I’ve thought might happen today on the podcast is him announcing when/were he’ll announce. Something to get listens today but then also a huge livestream event or something later. Selfishly for UK I hope this decision is announced sooner rather than later as I expect more portal entries.

How is that Cal failing? A coach gets 4-5 recruits each year on average. They "fail" on dozens.....stupid comment.
Cal has been getting second and third tier 5star recruits dude. You know this. You are a cal and Barney apologist then go off attacking the entire team during games. Pick a side and stick to it

Cal misses far more often than he connects. This cal does the old cal connnected all the time. You know the list of guys he blew it with

I can see Dickinson wanting to be the "heel". Actually we are probably the only fanbase really hanging on his words. I don't know if many people remember how he called out Cal and UK a couple of years ago for being afraid to play UM after the '21 game was cancelled. He said we didn't want the "smoke". We beat them this year and he suddenly went real quiet.

If it’s a booster then how can they just give him 2 million? If it’s the under armor dude what is it a deal to rep them?

Voted Maryland... close to home. Don't think NIL is much of a factor... he'll do alright wherever he is. And Maryland has as wealthy boosters as UK or KU have.
Second guess would be Kansas... but that's more hopeful, because I've watched him a lot, and really don't want him here. Michigan had some guys last year... even then, they couldn't make the tourney in a weaka$$ big 10.

Too often... as a fan base... we worry too much about winning these little recruiting battles... of HS kids and mediocre transfer players, who are only 'stars' because all the elite players that would dominate them... have already moved on.
