how do you know what kind of temperament Rondo has/ just because he was a fiery competitor doesn't mean anything. but it would be good to have someone on the staff that would not let the players run the asylum and actually help them improve
have no idea if ulis is a yes man or not. he didn't appear to be when he was a player
