Any word on Wheeler

No, but I heard Ritchie might play.
He was on UT's roster yesterday. Stache and all.
If Wheeler was going to play today against Nowell he would have played on Friday night to get his legs back under him a little. He didn't play a single second.
I know they were showing that he was practicing in Saturday's practice yesterday. I doubt he plays since he didn't play Friday night. It sounded like when they were talking to Wheeler that he was eager to get back out on the court and play again. I know Cal said they were going to talk to the doctor and trainers before Friday night's game so I guess they didn't believe he was ready to go this weekend.
There have been too many words about Wheeler. Time to let it go.
It doesn't matter if the words are good or bad, this rings true. If he plays then he plays. If not, the other players on the team have to "next man up".
It would be nice to give Wallace some minutes it would help Wallace especially in the 2nd half in last 8-10 minutes of the game. It would be amazing Wheeler comes in and gives us 5-10 minutes each half and play outstanding ball. I know he mentioned in an interview that he ready to be back on the Court and is excited about playing again with UK. Even if he gives us a strong 5 minutes or so each half would really help plus it would help Wallace!
Maybe we can get Shaedon Sharpe and Drake to join Wheeler in the warmup line. They impacted the game as much as Wheeler will today.
