Anyone listen to the pregame radio show before the arkansas game? Cow said he was probably going to have to play zone because of how many layups they had the first game.
He then said I told the players to holler and yell when we are in a zone, because we don’t know what we’re doing but by screaming and yelling maybe it will confuse them.
That’s what 10 million a year gets you at KY.

Yes, you're definitely perfect at lacking reading comprehension.
That doesn't even make sense.

For someone that allegedly doesn't comprehend well, I sure comprehended this easily enough:

"He came to a fork in the road at the pg position and kind of made the right decision (he’s been going back to Wheeler more lately). He convinced Wheeler he was injured and the guys went out and beat Tennessee.

Now he's at another crossroads, only this time, it's at the 5 spot. Thing is, it's been a problem all year long, but he hasn't fixed it. Oscar, as much as none of us wants to admit it, is not defending the paint and our 4 spot isn’t helping much either. We have no rim protection and Oscar is not taking away ball penetration.

Now, Cal has options. Onyenso and Collins are good rim protectors, but does Cal have the balls to play Oscar less?

Is Cal going to just stay with Oscar and burn the season, or is he going to make a change?

Thing is, Oscar is getting swallowed up when we have the ball. He might do well against UGA on Saturday, but that's not saying much. Tuesday night put a big florescent hilghighter on our problems in the paint.

Now, Cal could show Oscar what he's doing wrong and tell him to stop worrying about picking up fouls, but it’s February, they've been working on that all year.

I really believe Oscar is playing matador type defense to prevent foul trouble, but that's not going to work.

If I'm Cal, I go with this lineup and I focus on spreading the court.
Wallace
CJ
Reeves
Livingston or Toppin
Collins

Reeves should be playing more and I also think Adou should be getting some time at the 3.

Sub Oscar in and see how it goes. If he is performing, leave him in there until he gets swallowed up again, or gives up easy baskets, but Collins has showed enough at this point, he should get that spot if Oscar can't fix his issues."

Ohhhh yes, that guy is a piece of work. Cal can do no wrong in his eyes, then he disappears when UK loses to bad teams. Then, when UK wins, he cones out of the woodwork to call people out.

He’s worse than Bassfan and KL.
He usually hangs out over in the paddock. Theirs a thread over there that has some of the nicest people you’ll find on this site. All of those nice people and then theirs him. Lol

I'm going to assume you aren't referring to the political echo chamber on the paddock that basically acts as 8chan lite?

So, why don't you show us anyway, though? 😉

What's the matter, not actually exist? 🤣
Why would I post anything for you? You just get your rocks off by twisting what's said and arguing to no end. I'm not interested. I've said all I'm going to say on this sibject.

In fairness, cal's hollering and screaming usually confuses players too

I think you're accusing me of what you do. Although, not sure how I could twist factual data.

Just seems odd you won't post it. It's like it doesn't exixts or something.
Can't help your delusional narcissism
It's just sarcasm.

Some of you folks won't like this .... but Cal's stubborn streak, arrogance, etc. is common behavior for top coaches.

Rupp was classic. He makes Cal looks like Mr. Rogers "for Gawds sake". LOL Name them off ....

Bear Bryant
Bill Belicek
Vince Lombardi
Coach K
Nick Saban
And their poster child .... Bobby Knight

Tom Laundry was supposedly very nice. And Lord knows Tubby was as nice a man off the floor as ever was.

Personally, I think Cal (and Rupp) were foolish for not using everything available to them. But holding steadfast to certain fundamental beliefs, pretty common for great coaches. They change on their terms.

Many successful coaches aren't choir boys and to a degree have to be a son of a ***** to get to the top.

He could make the final 4 or win a championship and I’d still be ready for the blowhard to leave.

He is insufferable. How can one be such a narcissist and have no spine at the same time?
Why would you want a coach listen to fans and what they want. I think it's pretty awesome to be honest that they really do keep everything in house and between the staff and players. It would be pretty sad. Of course they will use Toppin as the source, why wouldn't they. I sure wouldn't want to play for a weak coach that listened to a fans opinion
