I care... I want us to win. We are supposed to win. Putting guys in the NBA will come with winning.. Damn it.

Didn’t watch the game just found out the score. I decided to make cash over drinking beer and being depressed over this train wreck of a Coach. . What a great Coaching job it must have been to put up that many points Give me Oats and we might still lose but we going to score more then 50.

I still care a whole lot. That's why it's so infuriating to see what Cal has done to it. F that dude and F the genius that gave him a lifetime contract and F anyone who still supports him.

I’m at a 5 but two of those points are for football. Cal has spent almost all of them. Sports are supposed to be a source of joy in my life, but basketball is just a constant punch in my nuts.

Went ahead and unsubscribed from the premium board, because f**k it, I’m not going to pay to follow the inner details of a loser program.

Quickly realizing this shouldn’t be one of my hobbies. God bless the rest of you.

You would get a lot more response if you switched “program “ for “coach” .
We all want the coach to go. I was just curious as to where everyone stood with the program. I think Cal's lifetime contract has sucked the joy out of it for all of us. I dont even get mad when we lose anymore.

I'm a 10 and that's why I'm pissed right now. I'm pissed that we are complacent. The worst place you can be in sports is mediocre and complacent. At least when you're piss poor (Gillespie & Joker) you're forced to fire them and move on. But we are supposed to be excited and support a coach that has no drive to change what it broken.

Dumb thread. I care about the program a lot. That's why Cal has to go.

I *care* enough to want this crap fixed. I want Kentucky to dominate. I can't stand this dinosaur age product Calipari rolls out, but I love this program to death.

I don't *care* enough to hype myself up for game day, pace back and forth during tight games, or let losses bother me for hours like they used to. I'm numb to it, and I never thought I would be.

It's a 10. But, it's just the loses don't hurt. I'm numb, and expect to not beat ranked teams anymore. I expect their coach to beat our coach. The talent of the players is an afterthought.

Must be getting pretty low on the scale. Used to actually care when we lost. Games were like appointments, not to be missed. Could actually tell you something about our opponents because I had been paying attention to their games too.

Now, I generally couldn’t tell you when and who our next opponent is, probably couldn’t pick half our guys out of a lineup at the moment and really can’t be bothered to change either of those at this point.

I cared *far* more during the tail-end of Tubby’s run and even BCG’s debacle tenure than I have the past few years. Something tells me I’ll come back around when Cal finds his way onward and we start a new era, for better or worse.

your asking the wrong question. Were all a 10 on caring. Thats why we ***** and moan after every game. For us, UK basketball is infinitely greater than the coach.

I WILL ALWAYS CARE ABOUT UK BASKETBALL! Love my team, regardless the outcome of a game.

Am I disappointed when we lose multiple games? Of course I am! However, I am not a fair weather fan and will support my team regardless of their W-L record.

I think its the right question. I think Cal and his lifetime contract is whittling away how much we care for our beloved program. Do you get mad or lose sleep after losses anymore?

I care a 10!! I always have and I always will. Is my passion and interest taking a hit? Yes. But I loved this program way before this guy came and I will love it after he is gone

Before Gillespie and Cal i was a 10. Since those 2 (even with CAL Early years) I am a 2 or less now. It gets lower by the week.

I'm probably a 7. I still get excited for the games and watch. I dont get as upset when we lose anymore. Sometimes I don't even watch the end.

There are some who imply that you're not a true fan if you're critical of Calipari, or the team's play. I disagree with that. Though I don't post much, I am beyond frustrated at the state of our program, and I am a ten on the scale of caring.

I still care but not to get confused with having absolutely no expectations anymore. These losses are inevitable with CCC on the sidelines and not going to keep getting upset when I see it happening before the games even start.

Ditto.

..... aaaaand I'd say Zero if it were an option. I expected them to lose, they did, and I didn't watch the game. Just found out about it from a friend, I could care less to watch this team or CCC any longer. Utter garbage product to pay attention to or vie for my valuable time any longer.

Wake me up when Cal is headed out the door.

They've utterly lost me. No enthusiasm any more, believe me, I've tried. It just isnt there. Too much Cal for me.

Everyone who responds to this forum cares deeply about UK basketball. It's the frustration of having to put up with a blowhard that's frustrating most of us so much.
On last year's team. UK had the college player of the year and sent two guys to the NBA and managed to lose to a team like St. Peters in the 1st round of the NCAA, and you have to wonder, how did that happen?
