McLain is not a feature back we either need Jefferson to come off the injury or go to the portal.

I think Scang has been terrible and should be fired but today was one of his better games. Simplified. Spread it around. Threw it deep. Levis ran. Idk if they switched up the blocking scheme any but Georgia didn’t get a ton of pressure.
Defense was amazing.
Solid game plan all around. The team that lost to Vanderbilt and South Carolina hung with #1.

The team is schizophrenic. Last week we couldn’t stop a basic ***** option ran by inferior athletes that we knew was coming. This week we stuff the nations number one team on short yardage half a dozen times.
Last week we can’t call a play to save our lives against **** competition, this week, second half at least, we look like a competent SEC offense. Maybe even show flashes of a good one.
Special teams…. Nothing to be said. A travesty.

Finish strong against UL & grab a solid bowl win hopefully -- then continue rebuilding that offensive line

I really want to stay away from Peavy as AD. I just think you're going to really screw it up badly trying to keep it in family, that's UNC ****. I want someone who is going to hold Cal and the other coaches accountable without any previous relationships. I want someone who looks at NIL as a great opportunity and a way to enhance the UK brand. Speaking of branding, making sure our brand is unique and representative of our storied tradition and not a logo that Houston and Buffalo have, two birds screwing or anything with a.Virginia-born horse. Finally someone who realizes the greatest asset when it's used correctly is the fan base who will move mountains for you if they know they're the top priority after the athletes and that means more BJW, not just the corporate sponsors and the fans who can afford to go the Bahamas, London, NYC, etc.

Why can't we have an atmosphere like south Carolina? I get they have 20k more capacity but we can do better. Even at its best kroger field is a bland SEC experience. The music comes out of one end zone it's design doesn't hold crowd noise.
The Christy Thomas packages are complete buzz kills. It just could be so much better.

Have been saying for a few years now, why can’t Kroger have the new LED light system like SC, Bama, UT, UGA etc have? Jesus, KY has a ton of night games. Just something else UK is behind on.
The SEC just means more. It is a damn grind though. UF stomped USC then lost to Vandy and now USC is 3 scores up on UT. I get why UK doesn’t want 9 games. Hell I think 9 games puts the SEC at a disadvantage for the playoff.
Stoops running his mouth about Beamer is another example of that fat head being stupid.
Beamer ended stoops career sadly. Made him look like a nerd. Can't call someone's sunglasses stupid then let them beat you down in your own house. Gotta back it up. Now they're doing this and we're celebrating because Georgia beat us very easily but didn't absolutely murder us. Sad state of affairs

Maria Montgomery is clearly the hottest girl in Kentucky. 2nd place is wide open. She's special.
Gatewood and Mumme's daughters are in the mix for second, imo.
* We will probably beat Louisville with just enough offense that Stoops sticks with Scangarello. Maybe continuity will be good and that egghead can spend the offseason learning how to coach college kids.
* Levis looked like he's as healthy as he has been since Florida. Last year at Louisville he could have run for one billion yards if he wanted. Our offensive line kept him from getting killed by one of the (if not the) best defensive line in the country. Probably their best performance of the year.
I'm cautiously optimistic to end the season on a high note.

- I love Will Levis. He’s a warrior, a great leader and charismatic. That said, his entire career, he’s missed been just a tad odd on bigtime pass plays in big moments. Maybe it’s the injury this year.
- Beat Louisville. Win a bowl game. Bring in a good upside transfer QB. Keep our freshmen WRs. Develop the line. Profit.
- Not sure what to think today. Have a feeling Wheeler has a big game. Zags seem to have trouble with jitterbugs. Just hope John clears the lanes for him.
