Has Barbara made a deal in the last 3 years? She has to have the lowest ratio by a WIDE margin.

Mr Wonderful has made like 6 deals ever. I could probably name them individually if I tried hard enough. He must be the head Executive Producer or whatever, because there’s no other reason for him to dominate the airtime so much.

Mellow Mushroom is closing. What’s next…Joe B’s?

For nostalgia’s sake..I’ll miss a good pie from mellow.

The Joe B's slander always bugged me. Sicilian 4 cheese + pep & a breadstick was a pregame tradition for Dad/Grandpa and me on our endless treks to Lexington as a kid, and it was ALWAYS slammed w/ nothing but Blue.

Mom/Dad always talked about it being a cheap date for them in college. Place just brings me good memories anytime I think about it.

It was like Gourmet Pizza Hut at the time. It wouldn't be my choice now, but the place is a classic.

This is going to turn into a virtue signaling competition now that the seal has been broken. Makes you wonder if Dillingham decides to play somewhere else this year.

- somewhat forgotten PGA pros- a buddy of mine mentioned today that he'd recently played with Jason Dufner. That guy was on a ryder cup team not that long ago, has a major, was on leaderboards week in and week out, and really never recovered after his wife was rumored to have boned a bunch of other players. Always pulled for him, as I do with every other player on tour.

- Not in their top-3, but I never thought Skew it on the Bar-B got the credit it should have. Still bangs.

- for a child that will not be able to treak-or-treat for years, we sure do have a lot of halloween commitments.

-The replies to the news of UT fans wearing blackface to the game (which surely was not accurate) are hilarious. One group you just tdont want to get in the crosshairs of is black twitter. They are merciless, in a good way. Funniest follow on the internet.

I think it would pretty fun if scratch came to the first game with a bunch of coal dust on his face. Maybe the eruption zone could all make that a thing this season?

I say it all the time but Joe B’s has the best wings in lex. One of my wife and mines favorite date night places.

I think my oldest (13) is going to trick or treat this year. 7th grade. He and my 11 yo are going as hot dogs. Just having some fun with it. I don’t blame them. Dress up like a wiener, get some free candy, nice little night on the town. Who cares.

Or once Kanye ratcheted his nut job level to 11. Antonio Brown is their President of Operations for christ's sake.

I'll actually be more concerned if Dillingham doesn't distance himself from that circus. It will make me seriously question the "wisdom" of the characters providing him advice within his entourage.

~Given the big box stores, Amazon, and on-line in general, it is amazing how Barney Miller's has lasted for decades in Lex. They must have a helluva lot of contract/commercial work.

~"Best wings" is the title that a dozen or more places in any town can claim.

~The coal mine story was great and front page worthy for the first few days....time to let him and his family resume normalcy, especially in social media. Or perhaps pti can get him a dial soap NIL deal since he is truly ashamed of his existence.

~Follow up on my PSA....one spot came back as a baby C, and have to go thru the MOHS technique. Pretty simply for the most part, a few internal and external stitches. Always read about that spot that won't heal or just looks different....and this one (smaller than an eraser head) just popped up within the past 12 mo. as I do have an annual skin check. Pay attention guys and gals.

Shark Tank contestant: “I have invented a machine that turns carbon dioxide into gold.”

Mr. Wonderful: “Your invention is pure liquid ****, but I’ll offer you a quarter and this ****-filled sock for 107% of your company. You’ll die in an unmarked grave if you don’t take this offer.”
+ he needs a royalty.

I won’t stand for any negativity regarding Joe Balognas. It’s the first restaurant I remember dining at in Lexington, back when it was across the street next to Tattoo Charlie’s. It was always a guaranteed stop when out of towners came to visit, and to this day my parents speak of it with the reverence of a Michelin star restaurant. It’s a legit Lexington institution for a damn good reason.

Right, because Donda Academy was such a reputable institute of higher learning before Kanye's latest outburst.

Joe Bologna’s latest radio commercial about catering cracks me for some reason. I think it’s how he’s just like “yeah we’ve had some calls about catering and we decided to do it. It’ll be a $200 minimum”.

Joe does his own commercials and they're just a random stream of his thoughts.

"We close at 10 PM but that's not when the kitchen closes, if you come in at 9:59 we'll serve you so come on in."

I'm down to one or two good McDonald's and maybe two good Wendy's in this market anymore. The growing list of locations that have been completely removed from my consideration is staggering.

Once mighty stores, too. The Breckenridge Lane Wendy's used to really be something. You can't even try anymore, man. Sad.

I had a delightful little experience at the Springfield Wendy's last Friday though tbh. Place was a throwback. Clean. Friendly staff. Solid food. 9/10 would go back.

The Palomar McDonald’s in lex by keeneland is the best in this area by a lot. Food is always good and the Coke’s are just a notch crispier (?) if that makes sense. Super friendly brother at the pay window. Told me the other day his old lady filed for divorce AT THE DRIVE THRU!!! Like pulled up and served him the papers at the window!! Crazy. I really didn’t even know what to say to him. I was like “wow dude. That is wild. No, I don’t need a receipt. Thanks”.

Due mostly to my wife’s shaming, I haven’t been to a McDonalds or Wendys in awhile. Turns out this chick - back in our early days when she PROUDLY deceived me and acted like a chill laidback babe - used to count the number of times a week I’d eat fast food in disgust.

This came out last week so still raw, obviously.

MOHS technique
Don't believe the doc when he tells you that you'll be able go back to work the next day, etc.

I had it on my jaw and my head swole up like a pumpkin and my jaw was slashed open like a prison fight. It was during COVID so I was able to do everything electronically with my camera turned off but there is absolutely no way I could have gone any place public for a week.

I still hate you but I hope the procedure goes well and you end up cancer-free, dickhead.

I hadn’t eaten fast food more than maybe twice a year for about 15 years until having kids and now they get happy meals like once a week and I eat half of it everytime. Tastes like trash but whatever. Ate a bunch of left over Mac n cheese the kids didn’t finish from chic fil a last night standing over the sink like an obese woman with a eating disorder so it’s whatever.
