I have to believe that there’s a legit chance that Levis opts out of our bowl game unless it’s a New Years 6.
Why not? I certainly understand why he’d do it if he’s a potential #1, they’re playing in the Music City Bowl and he continues to play behind an o-line that strongly resembles a group of fvking turnstiles.
I keep seeing people question Levis' willingness to play through injury or in bowl games and have to point out that the smartest guys in the room really like two things about him; his size and his leadership/locker room presence.

- Have already come to terms with Levis sitting out our bowl game and possibly the rest of the season, Barion Brown signing a big NIL deal to play at Bama next year, Stoops going to Purdue to replace new Louisville HCJB and Mitch the ***** hiring a pack of sniffer hounds to confiscate all bourbon going into Kroger Field. Tough loss.

- Drank half a bottle of Italian red. Tough night. My aunt and Godmother who’s been in the ICU passed. My 200-song playlist started playing “No Hard Feelings” by the Avett Brothers as I got the text from my sister. Gave me some comfort. I visited her yesterday morning on my way to work. She wasn’t conscious but I hope she heard me. I think she did.

If he is able to play there is no way Will is opting out of a bowl game. It’s not in his DNA and reason 1B why pro scouts are drooling over him.
Indeed. It is like when people speculated whether Lynn Bowden would play in the bowl game and he went out punched a VA Tech player before the game and then won the damn thing. Levis is a tough son of a gun. He will play. The dude was out there trying to jump over people on an inconsequential run against Miami of Ohio this year.
Bowden's stats from the Belk Bowl, btw, remain amazing. He ran for 233 yards and 2 TDs and passed for 73 yards and another TD as QB1.
It wouldn't surprise me if Sheron starts to see if we can win without Levis and the plan is to bring in Levis only if we need him a la that time that Stephen Johnson came in limping with his shoulder hanging off to win the damn thing.

Another piece to this legendary football event was the commentators who absolutely loved the fact Lynn Bowden punched that dude. They were huge Lynn fans. Just sort of in awe of his huge balls and gold chains.
It could have easily been the opposite. I would almost expect guys in the booth to go all Mitch Barnhart. “Oh my goodness, I’ve never seen something like this before, Jim. Oh no. What are we going to do here? This is very troubling”.
Lynn Bowden is just so damn cool and genuine. 100% Wildcat for Life.
