If cal can win a title in the next two years those “haters” will love him. Another bloated class wo a title and the man can hit the bricks: idk what happened to some people but friggin cal cal has pulled the Jim Jones kool aid on some of you. Winning games is what it’s about and landing recruits is the shinny thing that distracts everyone from the true goal. I’m glad cal is getting us back into the top 2 or 3 in recruiting but he’s pissed so much talent away well we need to see some titles now and lots of wins. You realize cal took a team with the top class to the nit? Gotta win when it counts no it’s ands or buts and certainly let’s get some tds before spiking balls:

Not surprisingly UT (and UL) fans are now saying he’s overrated, he hasn’t improved in the last year, he will drop to 15-20 in the updated rankings. Clearly it’s sour grapes but do you believe any of that is in any way legitimate?

Why are Louisville fans commenting? He'd be the highest ranked recruit (he's going to be #1 by some services in a few weeks) they've signed since Denny Crum Era and they are pissing and moaning about a Kentucky commitment? Those guys have such a ****ing inferiority complex, they need to relax and grow up. Payne and crew will get them talent and then see how they do on the court.

Tennessee invested a lot of time with him. They got beat out for a recruit. It happens. They still get on good players. I was impressed they were on Cody Williams, he'd be a very nice get if they can pull him from state of AZ.

we don't hang banners for recruiting.

prove it on the court - win in November, December and also in March

and stop all the BS excuses every year.

However I think after the last two years and what Cal has done this year with his "please love me again" summer tour, he understands what needs to be done.

I don’t believe that a bit Edwards was awesome at peach jam this week!
even with his shot not falling he was one of the best as far as I could see.

Heck Yeah. I looked at 3 highlight clips and really like what I see. I'm usually a plus and minus guy and my minus was he's only 180. But I think he looks like an athlete who can gain weight. If he gained 20 pounds he'd look like Terrance Jones.And he doesn't seem afraid to bang for a down low bucket even now. He can score in many ways, the three, mid-range (really liked where he catches the ball top of key, two dribbles to hit an open 12 foot bank shot), and he has a nice stop and go fake when he working the ball, back to basket, to get closer to the bucket and he likes to dunk over people. If he gains pounds and ads big time power game he could go to #1.

We want to win. Good players = better chance at win. Good player commit = fan get excited. Tried to dumb that down for you. Let me know if that’s not good enough and I’ll see if someone can make you a picture book.

I don’t think he is overrated, and I’m not aware of any knowledgable Vol fans that think so either. We really wanted him, but don’t blame him for picking UK. We’ll just do the best we can with what we got.

He reminds me of a small Prince, that’s exactly what I thought watching him play. Versatile and can shoot. Sweet lefty stroke(not as pretty as Princes, but who’s is?)
