I have no clue. I have never sat down with anyone who would actually have insight into the situation to know. And neither has anyone else on here. Sure as hell don't see the point in making up rumors and opinions to spin a narrative. For all we know, it could come out after the draft that he was dealing with an injury he was trying to hide. Could of been the handler storyline. Could have been a coaching call/development issue. Could have been an eligibility issue. Could have been a maturity issue.

All I know is he didn't play, he took the first opportunity to make a few million and live out his dream. It ultimately has no bearing on my life.
Maybe it was a matter of national security and he was an undercover spy!

Um.

Let’s see here.

Grady was playing on two essentially broken feet. He said as much (by stating he was nearly crawling to the bathroom every morning) unless you’re saying Grady is a liar.

Sharpe was sitting on his *** on the sideline while Grady was playing on said bum feet trying to help us beat St Peters.

Those are both facts. The why behind them essentially doesn’t matter.

Do we need to get a picture book for you?
These would be your opinions on Sharpe. Nothing more, nothing less.

Who said we care if he cares? We’re Kentucky fans and he’s a lying chump. Why do some of you feel the need to suck off guys that wouldn’t spit on you if you were on fire, and f over your favorite team that you’re supposed to care about. Kentucky is bigger to us than that drama queens paycheck.

You don’t sound like a UK fan to me, you sound like a PR spam account created to put UK and its fans down for the rich or whoever your favorite team is.
Clearly most of you care a great deal. Just read the drivel you post endlessly about it. It's the same reason you felt compelled to respond to me. You care!

With all the money he is about to make, I would definitely hold my jaw open for a while if he requested. He's cute too!

How did he F us over? Lol, he wasn't even supposed to be in college until this year. Not to mention all the people on here claiming they "knew" all along this was going to be the outcome.

I'm a bigger UK fan than most on this board. I was born and raised in Lexington. Have lived here most all of my life. Attended UK for undergrad and post grad work, and have kids now attending UK. I have season football tickets and attend several basketball games a year as well. Just being a UK fan doesn't mean I nake up stories about people without knowing first-hand facts.

Best of luck!

If Cal was smart, he’d say something like “I wish Sharpe well and good luck” and that’s it. No Calisms, no “I’m proud of him”, nothing. Just a simple flat baseline statement. And then never mention him again while at UK.
You and I both know the narcissism in CCC won't allow him to do that. Gotta be the center of attention.

Well, this gave a Cal an out. I wanted to see if he was going to show up for Sharpe in the green room. He’s gonna obviously be there now.
That’s basically what the sportscaster on the news last night said. He said TyTy getting the green room invite would make it less awkward for Cal.

Yea I’m not reading this. You’ve clearly shown to be a moron around 98% of the time. I’m too lazy for the ignore button except for one or two, you’re not eligible. Not enough punch to gut.

Was that in Lexington? Or a pro-UK station?

There it is. The obligatory “I’m fro the Golden Triangle and therefore I’m better than you all” post.

Good do you buddy. That doesn’t make you a more sincere fan than coal minerfrom Eastern Kentucky or the farmer from the Jackson Purchase. Stop gatekeeping UK fandom.

Your opinion as to why he didn't play. People said similar about Vanderbilt and then it turned out he was actually injured.
We knew Vanderbilt was injured. He was in a boot for a stretch of that season.

And the reason he didn’t play at this point is moot. It’s pretty obvious Sharpe more than likely wasn’t injured.

His lack of play is indefensible. Especially considering we we’re told by himself and his handlers he would be back.

Sure it does! I have been far more exposed to it; more invested in it, both emotionally and financially; and directly impacted more by location. So, yes, I am more sincere in it than Bud from the hollar that gets black lung for slaving for my electricity and only likes UK because his daddy or grandpappy did. That's just a fact.

Here’s another fact. You’re a elitist jerk for that attitude. Wouldn’t expect anything less from the Golden Triangle.

That black lung keeps your lights on btw. Show some respect.

What an ***. You don’t get to judge somebody else’s fan-ness because you e been more blessed.

“I’m better than you because….” You sound like a child dude. Grow up.

Edit: nice reaction btw. Another in a long line of chuckle****s. I fed the troll. My bad y’all.

Many on here still don't accept that. 🙃

It's not moot when people are constantly still spouting their uninformed opinions as to why. There could be countless reasons for why he didn't play.

Maybe indefensible for you... he was never supposed to play last year or really be on that team to begin with. So not sure how you deem it "indefensible". Sometimes plans change. Particularly when millions of dollars are involved. Anyone on here with a functioning brain cell would take the money. No guarantees it's there tomorrow.

What is this golden Triangle you keep mentioning?

They used to, but I installed my own solar grid a few years back. I actually sell energy back. So, in a sense, my "elitist jerk" *** is helping save miners.

Some people are better than others. No sense in getting offended by that. Some are better than me, some aren't.

So you’re saying Sharpe was possibly injured yet he was practicing and participating in warmups ????

Sharpe never actually practiced in a scrimmage setting. He just only did drills and shoot arounds. Which is actually what injured or rehabbing players often do. Fredrick was doing these things as well.

And I am just saying that could be one of countless reasons he didn't play. I have no inside or personal info on Sharpe to draw a conclusion as many on here have.

Well he definitely wasn’t injured if that was the case they would have came out and said that .

This is an act. Has to be. Nobody can be this openly arrogant.

Some people are better than others? You are either just an awful person or are so far up your own *** you’re getting high off your own flatulence.

It's the honest truth. I don't see the point in getting upset by that. Fundamentally, some people are far more valuable to society. Maybe it's by intelligence, skill, experience. They bring something that benefits far more to society than someone else. For instance, if you had a doctor and a retail clerk, both in equal danger and only 1 could be saved..who are you saving? The doctor who can save countless other lives, or the retail clerk who can scan **** at a counter and put the cash in a drawer? Obviously you would try to save the doctor because he is of greater benefit to society. That makes him better.

Can the clerk still be a nice human with a family and people who care about her? Sure! But her value to society is less.

These threads are so predictable...this place sure is boring in the off-season. I am glad we have the Bahamas in August to bridge the gap to football season.

Tyty deserves all the success in the world and hope he stays healthy and has a long career. I couldn't care less about what happens to Sharpe in the league, but he will be counting the Benjamin's so that is all he cares about.

Life isnt always a logic problem man. Of course on paper the doctor comes first. You know what else works on paper? Communism. You know what else doesn’t work too well in reality?

But that’s not how life works. And if does for you? You must be an absolute boor.
