Malik rumor

Heard a rumor today that Malik is possibly going to pull a rodney hood and transfer out. I'll say on the surface I don't buy this. For someone looking to get to the nba quickly sitting out a year does not make sense. Anyone else hearing this?

I didn't hear it from a bear. The guy who relayed it to me is very much a state fan. For the record, I'm not buying it either, as I referenced in my first post.

That is possibly the dumbest rumor I've ever heard. If Malik isn't at MSU next year, it will be because he kept his name in the draft and is either playing in the NBA or the D-league. No way in hell he transfers, sits out a year, then plays a year before going in the draft.

And based on what I've been reading the last several months about how people feel about his game, that's a pretty big group. If youve heard it then Howland has. No coach w/ any sense (which I think ours has a lot) allows a kid wanting to transfer into the locker room to spread germs. Their bags are packed for them, they are escorted to the front entrance of the Mize and a press release full of appreciation is distributed to the sheep.
