Calipari is just counting the days until the buyout is close enough to what he wants and he’ll negotiate and roll. I don’t believe for a second anything else is going on.

The shine is off Calipari and has been for a while. I’ve completely counted him out and I’ll be right to do so. Go UK, which means I prefer a new coach sooner rather than later.

At the risk of getting my head ripped off by angry fans desperate for good news. This reads to me like we backed off trying to wait for better options. Reeves is a good shooter and overall good scorer but that’s it. He can’t create for others, doesn’t pass well and is mediocre on defense. Somebody like the South Dakota State kid is both a scorer and play maker.
