I agree…..to me It’s actually more about “I think I’m right and won’t budge even if I’m proven wrong” and “My opinion is right regardless what you think. I need to be right to feel good about myself.” And last but certainly not least “I need to throw a 4 year old tantrum about Kentucky Basketball because my emotions are out of control and I have nothing worthwhile in my life to use my time.”

There are some pretty vile people on here who enjoy every chance to express themselves. I'm not a supporter of our coach after this year, but I'm not giving him a childish nickname, showing up in every thread to sh*t on him (even when the thread is positive and not about the coach), or going after specific people just so I can say, "Look at me! I'm smarter than you". We have a LOT of fans on this board that are regulars with the above message.

It's awful. We get it, people REALLY hate our coach for multiple reasons, but we have to live with him for a little while. There is literally nothing we can do about it. Our athletics department isn't going to buy him out to get rid of him, and neither are our donors.

Anyway, unless the mods want to step in and clean it up a bit, I think we're stuck this way until the next coach.

I can't believe Pro Wrestling is still a thing. When I was first getting interested in sports there were 2 famous pro wrestlers -- Gorgeous George and Bobo Brazil. That tells you how long ago this was. IIRC, it aired around the time of Home Run Derby late on Saturday mornings. When it was over, I had to mow the lawn so I watched because I didn't want to mow the lawn. And adults watch it now.
