The NBA will do what is in their best interest. If it really takes a change being made in the CBA. I doubt they would go there.

He is going to be eligible does anybody honestly think he isn’t going to fight the ruling, why would the NBA try to keep out a potential star, I want him back just as bad anybody but people are fishing for stuff that isn’t there

The CBA isn’t going to rewrite an entire legal document for one dude.
They will let him in on a technicality and his people will say he graduated and had enough credits, it’s basically did he graduate in December or the summer, at the very least he is going to go through the draft process and fight it

Please somebody that’s tech savvy tell me this is real …Oscar news was great but this is potential news that would have everybody and I mean everybody that supports UK in a celebratory mood all friggin summer
We don’t know how true it is. But some decently followed twitter recruiting guys have heard this is the case. I wouldn’t pop open the bottle of cognac until the big dawgs tweet tho

The speculation is real. Ant Wright has like 35k followers and Kellen Buffington has over 15k. I’ve seen Buffington a long time on Twitter as he’s super connected to our Texas guys. Whether this ends up happening or not, I don’t know. But these aren’t random fan page IG account nonsense.

This is what I have questioned too since eligibility concerns were raised in the last 48 hours...
Yes, they could appeal or try to push things through, but to circumvent the rules or re-write them would be a huge undertaking for just this one guy. And a guy that wouldn't even be guaranteed top 3 at that...

The NBA will NOT reopen the CBA to make this kid eligible, IF that's what is necessary for him to be eligible for the draft. He can fight it all he wants but IF they are contractually bound to follow their rule they will, too many other scenarios come in to play be reopening it. We will just have to wait and see what the league office says.

Why would he fight the ruling? If he’s ineligible then play college like you been telling everyone consistently for the last several months. This isn’t a fight to test the waters. Who the hell would do that. Also wouldn’t sharpe know he’s ineligible? Is this why he hasn’t declared? Because he can’t? Change the CBA to allow a guy to test the waters? Lmao.

im like the other dude though. I want to hear something a little more credible than random Twitter users

They may not but my main point is sharpe and his people are going to fight it or find any little loophole they can, he is old enough already and people were talking about graduation date saying it could be disputed I don’t know, I hope he is back, will again get roasted if he is

It said they’re willing too. But in 72 hours? Yeah. That ain’t happening.
